Why did I just get charged $48 and now it's wiped off my computer????? Anybody? I tried your customer service, no response. "Failure to deliver" on emails too. I want my money back.
So helpful. I use the Analytics section all the time, and the main section every day. Nothing else breaks things down in as intuitively as PM.

Awesome and Useful Tool
PrettyMerch is an excellent tool as it allows you see at a glance what is happening with your Merch account. I have Pro + and I really appreciate the Research tab that helps with Trends and Trademarks. They are very responsive when you are having issues as well. Highly recommend!!!

I use the free version and get a wonderfully useful overview of my account, including sales, number of products, today's sales, top units sold and products with top royalties in my sales. Great way of bringing together so much info on Merch that I'd normally have to go to several pages, areas, etc. to find. Wonderful time saver. Thank you!

Several months on from my original [3-star review] when I was puzzled that the previous day's sales were not showing up in Pretty Merch, I've given up on this extension. It has never worked for me at all. None of my sales have ever showed up in Pretty Merch. It may be because I'm using Chromium based browsers [Vivaldi & Brave] rather than actual Chrome itself. But, for whatever reason, this just doesn't work.

I've been using this tool for several years now. I wouldn't go without it. It is always upgraded in a timely manner to deal with any changes to Amazon and it has the best understandable layout of the home dashboard.
