• (2019-07-24) Ben Webb: The Reachout extension for zoominfo has been hands down one of the most commonly used tools in my day to day work that has brought the largest impact on my efficiency. Honesly I don't know what I'd do without it at this point. Being able to quickly grab basic info on a lead I'm looking into with one click let's me keep to my task rather than getting side tracked trying to hunt down what I need in the first place. In situations I have minimal info it has been my go to tool for taking what I have and being able to complete the picture with what I need. It doesn't always work as desired, but in those situations it's been a struggle to find what I'm looking for anywhere so hard to hold blame. My one issue, which I've seen others mention, is it sometimes get's stuck, whether it be logging in or loading. Usually closing the browser completely, sometimes requiring a full end task in task manager, fixes the issue, if not clearing cache and cookies has never failed. As far as software bugs go it's one I am more than okay with navigating the rare occasion it comes up.
• (2019-07-24) Grant Gilley: By far the easiest and most user friendly tool I have used for sales prospecting. I love the ability to tailor the search so that you can ensure all your criteria for the prospect is being pulled.

• (2019-07-24) Zach Hahn: This extension is great. The extension allows me to not have to flip back and forth on web pages to find candidates. I can now stay on the web page while i use the reachout extension. If you need to use the more detailed search which i do from time to time, you can still use the extension to pull up the search on the web page. My only complaint is sometimes when you select and email address i get a popup of how i would like to open this link.
• (2019-07-24) Mark Ellis: I use the Chrome Reach out extension on a daily basis and for the most part it's great. However, it's not entirely accurate when cross checking a client in our Saleforce database which leads to an extra step or two.

• (2019-07-24) Jasmin Ferraz: First and foremost, this is not a paid review or whatever. That I assure. I love the ZoomInfo ReachOut tool because I can work on my lead in SalesForce without leaving the page, while on a call I can read some of the details and news about the company which makes it tailored to the lead I'm reaching out to. I also love that it works well with LinkedIn and SalesNavigator and that I can easily export a lead to my SalesForce account. It's brilliant! There are times though that I need to log back in on my main account or I got signed out for some reason and the collapsible tool won't work. It might be an issue with my ISP, but other than that totally happy with this one. Love it! :)

I am easily able to find contact information and get it quickly and easily into our CRM. It is very user-friendly and the whole team is very responsive. I highly recommend ReachOut to anyone who prospects into companies.

It was a bit slow a few months ago, but now that the speed has drastically increased, I can easily access directly dials and emails while on LinkedIn, and updated firmographic information on key accounts while on Salesforce.com or any website. I highly recommend this product!
