- No longer works. I’ve seen ZoomInfo’s responses blaming Chrome, but after troubleshooting this multiple times with IT, that’s not the issue. It may briefly start working, then fails again minutes later. This is a ZoomInfo problem, not a browser issue. Please fix it instead of deflecting.

- Constantly logs you out multiple times per day. Trying to log in is always buggy and sometimes works after a few minutes. Data is rarely accurate, especially phone numbers.

- The extension has stopped working completely... someone needs to fix this asap. If you can't use the extension there's little use of the tool tbh. The extension is the main reason I use it.

- If you can't use the extension, it ALMOST makes zoom info useless. If I have to go to Zoominfo for every single freaking contact, one by one, instead of exporting from Linkedin sales Nav, what's the point??? Yes we still get the data but their user interface is not very userfriendly and takes so many clicks to get info exported. For as much as our company pays for ZI, please for the love of God do better.

- Version 11.39.0 introduced a major functional regression when creating a contact in CRM from LinkedIn. You can no longer use the checkboxes to select or deselect which contact or company fields you want to sync. That was an essential feature, and removing or breaking it is a significant step backward. Being able to control exactly which fields are synced is critical. I hope this is fixed quickly, because this change has a serious negative impact on usability.

- Its a good tool for prospecting. But constant issues with exporting contacts and Login, etc. Make it very hard to integrate it into a Workflow.

- Echoing the reviews below. The extension is very hard to work with, and leads to endless looping. I had the looping problem also. That said, after tracking down a customer support analyst (that wasn't easy either), we scheduled a call where she tried her best to fix it. After the call, and after reviewing with her technical team, they identified that the Chrome Extension requires third-party cookies to be enabled in your browser settings, and there are no workarounds at the moment for this requirement - the extension will not function properly without allowing all third-party cookies. I recommend emailing [email protected] for support on this.

- Can no longer log in to the Chrome extension, faced with an endless login loop on a new computer. Tried clearing cache/cookies, uninstalling/re-installing. Nothing works.

- to summarize what everyone else is saying-- it doesn't work. Honestly shocked by how Zoominfo has managed to gather a 4 star rating on this chrome extension... I invite anyone to just scroll down these reviews. Overall fan of ZI but this feature simply sucks

- Nice idea in theory, but basically unusable. More often than not it goes into a login loop. I've had endless issues with the Brave browser and Google Chrome isn't much better (although it kind of works, sometimes)

- The idea is greatt you are on someone profile and you can quickly check for their information. But it work only 1 on 5. The tool does not load and asks for login but impossible to do
