• (2023-09-20) Johnny Cole: Not sure what has happened in the past couple of weeks but its not working anymore. Yes I have the latest chrome build and have cleared my cache. (Version 117.0.5938.89) And all the extension does is constantly sit and spin. It WAS a great utility and made research a breeze. So now I am just using the zoominfo website hoping a fix is in the works.

• (2023-07-26) Maryanna Koehring: TERRIBLE company. I have spent thousands of dollars and have gotten 0 return. I should have spent my money somewhere else. Beware, small businesses. I rearranged my entire day because I had a video call set up with Tyrone Ponce. He CANCELLED one minute before and told me that Andrew Conner would be "taking over my portfolio from here." Andrew called, and I asked him to send me a link so that we could reschedule that video call. He never did. All Zoom Info is doing is asking me for more money. For what? They aren't doing their job. Terrible company.
• (2023-07-24) Izaak Lee: Hi ZoomInfo team, Was having problem loading websites on chrome that started 2 weeks ago, had to troubleshoot with techsupport. They were baffled. Only just then realized it was a extension issue on Chrome, and by process of elimination found out that ZoomInfo ReachOut that was causing pages to perpetual load, even cause the internet speed test (https://www.speedtest.net/) to not function (error description: socket error occurred, A firewall could be blocking the connection). Disabled this extension and now everything is fine and running super fast. To say it was frustrating 2 weeks is an understatement.

• (2023-05-26) Tom Moriceau: ReachOut hasn't worked for 2 days, I've uninstalled, reinstalled 10 times but nothing has changed, I'm in discussion with the technical department of zoominfo who after 4 hours of exchange by email can't find me a concrete solution, I even tried to reinstall ReachOut on another computer but nothing changes, could someone competent help?
• (2023-05-21) I have a similar problem but then with Vivaldi on Mac. Reinstall doesn't do much, but next day ReachOut seems to be running again albeit for just a couple of hours. After that it just hangs at the animated gif again. Looking at the browser's development console it shows that a bunch of resources give a 404 not found error. So I do a reinstall and back to square one. Max continuous up time ever, was 6 days. Now with v10.0.0 doesn't connect at all. Hurray, v10.0.1 connects again !
• (2023-05-19) Rohit Pohankar: Not able to Login on chrome extension with correct credentials. Login process starts the zoominfo service starts loading and suddenly come to login page again .
• (2023-05-03) I have to remove and reinstall this extension EVERY SINGLE DAY to make it work with Salesforce. It is ridiculous. Very poorly done, and it takes several seconds to import data for any given lead. Time is money.
• (2023-04-07) Claire Robert Jackson: Some of our users seem to be having issues when it comes to bulk exporting data with the zoominfo extension from LI Sales Navigator into our CRM (salesforce). The extension works fine for 1-2 contacts but for more than that it just keeps on loading forever. That loading issue seems to also be happening with other users. This is something that apparently was fixed, maybe we're missing something here. App was uninstalled and reinstalled, cache cleared.
• (2023-03-16) Tom Griffiths: Has an ongoing issue of working intermittently, Zoominfo's answer "Uninstall and reinstall" which does nothing. Clearly a problem that needs to be looked in to by development. Would not recommend.
• (2023-03-08) Tim Koehler: Extension doesn't work most of the time, information is wildly inaccurate. Zoominfo will say an A+ contact works at Salesforce and you click the link to their Linkedin page, and the contact does not work at Salesforce and has never worked at Salesforce. How can you link to a contact to their linkedin page and then get the company they work for wrong? That is if you can get the extension to work in the first place, which like other users have stated, works maybe 1 day a week.
• (2023-02-21) Mike Almeyda: Running on Brave and it just stays loading and provides no value at all. Having to mine data from LinkedIn to search on Zoominfo is not very practical and time-consuming. Based on the latest sets of reviews, it seems like there is a big problem that needs fixing.

• (2022-10-10) Damien: helpful when I can get it to work though lately it's not often. It simply spins and spins on a website or linkedin page and it never comes up. This is separate from the fact that zoominfo makes you login every single time. Great in theory but pretty poor in execution.
• (2022-09-06) Nathan Day: I love this extension when it works. If I don't first log in to Zoominfo on my browser, the extension fails to connect. If I don't close down the browser and start again in the correct order, it will never connect.

• (2022-07-20) Brian Salzer: This error seems to have been documented many times, but no there doesn't seem to be any resolution out there....I'm on a mac, and when I use the Zoominfo chrome extension, it just shows the zoominfo logo over and over without loading the contact(s). Please fix this issue!

• (2022-02-11) Jenna Lavin: The extension is powerful and efficient for sales teams, but many sales teams also utilize SCORM courses in an LMS to train team members - the extension renders the iframe unable to load. I wonder if they can come out with a way to blacklist site access, not just whitelist so reps don't have to turn the extension on and off anytime they want to do a training.

Overlaying it on website and Linkedin allows me to quickly speed prospecting and getting everything loaded into your CRM. It's really helpful to have it over your SEP to quickly add cell numbers since they cannot be exported in list form

• (2021-09-30) Felecia Clark: I use Zoominfo on a daily basis. It is very beneficial in helping me with prospecting. The ability to see the hierarchy of contacts is great! I like that if you are in LinkedIn, you can connect as well. I find it may be slow at times. I have had to call support a few times and they have been extremely helpful in solving issues.
