(2021-03-16) Info Venture Van Lines: worked good at first. After a week it wouldn't recognize my provider (nextiva) even though it says that's an authorized provider. Reached out to CS 4 times and no response. Reading forums it looks like i'm not the only one. There are a lot of posts with similar problems.
(2021-03-13) Andrea D: It used to work, but then back in July my browser would open in the morning and tell me there was an issue connecting to the database. This dialer still worked though. All of a sudden this week (which just had to be the same week I cut off my stupid pointer finger tip) it just stopped working. No amount of troubleshooting has fixed it and I keep reaching out to them and they never contact me to help me. Don't waste your time, it will literally drive you clinically insane. After years of clicking to dial and being in that habit, I sit and click over and over and then give up and just painfully dial it myself. Thanks for the help, guys.

I have entered a valid URL because it will let me manually click it to open my site in a new tab, with the number appended properly, but the dialer will not automatically open the page when a call comes in.....? (2017-07-11) Jodie Docos: I downloaded this app on my laptop and tried to use it to make calls through my VOIP provider (which it connected to), and it doesn't work. I click on the receiver when I am in an email (gmail) and it doesn't work either. Not sure if it is me, or the app.

I can also collaborate with anyone via the chat option (even if they are one the phone). Plus Meet-Me is a breeze. 100% recommend this application!

(2014-11-06) Jaime Chieng: I am a service provider VOIP engineer using Broadworks and this application works somewhat in our environment. I can click to call and receive calls to answer via the application on the phone using XSI actions. The only reason I rate it with 3 stars is because there is no 302 redirect support for geo-redundant solution so I am forced to point the app to a single XSP. There is no 3rd party voicemail support because it only uses the Broadsoft voicemail and does not let me program this button. When I click on Broadsoft to go into the portal it takes me to the same URL which is not the normal recommendation from Broadsoft. They recommend each XSP instance cluster perform a specific function. We have a DMS cluster, XSI action/event cluster, and Compilot/OCI cluster. The Broadworks button should allow programming since we need to use a different URL. If these items can be fixed I'm sure it will be a great 5 star add-on.

I have enabled Office 365 Integration. I then log into Office 365 to get authorized and it just sits there and nothing happens. If I turn off the integration, I get a pop down saying it's deauthorizing like it was authorized. I reloaded the dialer and still don't have outlook integration. How can I get this enabled properly?
