A: We use the "Read and change all your data on the websites you visit" permission only for putting a timer button on other websites and taking the task's names as a description for the timer. If you don't wish to see the button on other websites, you can disable it in extension's Settings>Integrations. The code for this extension is open source. • (2023-11-03) Thomas Love: Absolutely cannot get it to integrate with microsoft to-do.
  • (2023-10-16) Nathan Thomas: It works, and integrates with my Clockify account and makes recording time against GitHub tasks easy. I think there is a fairly large oversight though on GitHub issues specifically - modifying the issue in any way (adding assignees, labels, projects (and their settings) or milestones causes the in-page display to reload, which frequently causes the page itself to resize and shuffle up & down, often repeatedly leading to mis-clicks. If this could be improved then I would happily rate 5*
  • (2023-08-14) Carlos Ayres: Very good! Muito bom aplicativo, fácil, intuitivo, prático.
  • (2023-07-11) Horizonseeker: I installed the extension, however I can't access it from the browser, the extension popup window stays white.
  • (2023-06-16) Arnas Mikulskis: Universal problem across all Clockify integrations: it's very difficult to add TASK NAME, not description. Even this integration adds Trello tasks into Clockify description, not TASK NAME field. Stupid.
  • (2023-06-07) Drey Tee: it does the job. but: - It periodically activates all integrations despite I disabled them all manually, - for last week after clockify bar button clicked it claims 'Reload page to use this extension' and it happens on all tabs reopened when chrome restarts, which is quite annoying. Version: 2.9.10

  • (2023-03-09) Winona Daphne: have to sign up to use, while other apps like Web Activity Time Tracker doesn't require you to. weird and suspicious

  • (2023-02-01) Omar Ait Abderrahman: Great applciation; I suggest to change the color of the extension icon to mention the end of the active period (Pomodoro) because the notifications do not work sometimes. Thanks!

  • (2022-12-07) no one you know realy: BUG: I worked from 20:00 to 4:00 the following day. in the Dashboard it summed all the hours for the following day, (it doesn't make the simple distinction how much time was today and how much I did yesterday).
  • (2022-12-07) Master Yoda: One of the best application on the market for this purpose and depends of your needs, free edition can satisfy for the majority of folks! Extension works perfect!
  • (2022-11-11) Iván Ricote: Useful but bring back functionality with github

  • (2022-09-27) Evgeny Valeev: There is a minor annoyance, and it would be nice if it got fixed. The toolbar icon is always colored when the browser starts, even if the timer is inactive. You have to click it to turn it to the proper state.

  • (2022-09-20) Dávid Bíró Márk: Hi! I like this extension, but now I can't use with my trello. I cleared the cookies, and reset my chrome, but nothing changed. What can I do?
  • (2022-09-19) Corey Morris: Recently stopped giving the timer option besides calendar items in google calendar and in todoist.
  • (2022-08-12) Natalie Spears: As of yesterday, 08/11/2022, the Clockify Chrome extension is no longer integrating with our Asana software (one of the main reasons we chose Clockify initially). When we asked Clockify customer service why is is no longer working, the response was "Our team released a new version of the Chrome extension with a fix for the Asana timer that is still in the review in the Chrome store. As soon as it gets officially released I will reach back to let you know." It seems they released a version yesterday that was broken and not thoroughly tested and now they are scrambling to attempt to fix what they broke, but are being slow about it. Why not just revert back to the 08/10/2022 version which was working and regroup rather than forcing your users to keep the broken version just released? Not happy about this at all. Very unprofessionally handled.
  • (2022-08-12) Jacek Mantur: Yesterday in ASANA clockify button does not appear in task window :-( I can't add task to Time Tracker :-) Please resolve this problem :-(

  • (2022-07-25) Mithilesh Meshram: Awesome application. It helps you keep everything organized. Much needed for busy professionals!
  • (2022-07-06) Amanda van Vuuren: Your plugin removes the edit button from Google Calendar when active. Deactivating your plugin restores the edit button.
  • (2022-07-05) Quốc Bằng: just an amazing app!! khuyến nghị mọi ng cài đặt ngay để track thời gian, tránh sao nhãng phân tâm ko tập trung làm việc
  • (2022-03-23) Harshal J: I have been using it over a year now. The chrome extension is very slow. They have put a full react into it. You use react to design complex websites. And every time you open the extension, it loads the the react page from ground up. Opening project/tasks and tags drawers is also very slow. So in the end, I have stopped using tasks altogether as selecting a task takes a long time from the extension and also you can't download. Windows desktop client is also very slow. But when I'm coding I'm using non-official VS Code extension for clockify. It's the best thing to clockify.
  • (2022-03-18) Jeffrey Trull: Works perfectly for what I need! The browser extension helps me easily track time. As far as a free tool, I'm quite happy with Clockify.
  • (2022-02-06) Jessie Chang: cant integration
  • (2022-02-04) David: It's useful but I couldn't find out how to start the Pomodoro timer. I enabled it in the settings, but then wondered ......"How do I make it start?" I finally figured out that it starts by itself, but I prefer a seperate Pomodoro timer I can start and stop when I like, and shows the number of Pomodoros I do each day/week/month. For example Marinara which works well in combination with Clockify. I start the Pomodoro when I feel like doing a 25 minute burst of activity and change the task on Clockify to show what I was working on. Perfect.
  • (2022-01-23) I highly recommend Clockify for tracking time. I learned about it from a previous employer, where we all used it, as consultants. Now I am a self-employed consultant and I continue to use it and find it highly valuable. Not just for tracking time, and organizing work via "projects" but especially for its ability to export a PDF report of my work, so my clients can understand where my work time goes. I have Clockify on my Computer (MacOS), Phone (iPhone), and now via Chrome Extension! This app is so useful and has so many great features! Take time to check out the "Getting Started" Tutorial(s) so you know how to use it to its maximum potential. Thank you Clockify team!!!
  • (2022-01-04) Mijat Miletić: This is really useful. I have one suggestion. It would be really useful to see the current running timer on the extension icon, if that is possible. Then you wouldn't need to click on it to see how much time you've already spent on your current task
  • (2021-10-08) Sergey Kalabin: Buttons in notifications do not work! Please fix it!
  • (2021-10-04) Ваня Стаселович: Not working with "Shortcut"
  • (2021-07-26) Tomáš Bohuněk: It would be great simple extension to start/stop measurements, if it didn't require to read all data on all websites. I understand why, but it should be opt-in, not a requirement if I don't intend to use the automated tracking feature. Better to just use the clockify.me website.
  • (2021-07-26) Daniel Gonzalez: I love clockify, thanks to all for this amazing project! The only concern about Chrome Extension is that the code injected (I'm using azure devops) when you open a work item, takes a while to load. This leads to unwanted clicks on the start timer and as a result switching tasks without wanting to. I remember that this behaviour wasn't like that.
  • (2021-07-13) Danilo SF: The plugin in chrome or firefox has a frustating bug. Sometimes the pomodoro doesnt show's up when times up. And sometimes when it shows up, the button click is ignoed and i loose the pomodoro sequence. Now i'm having to check the clockify timer, to check if pomodoro has finished and after clicking the Start/Stop button i check if it really worked. But still, the clockify system itself is a pretty great tool.
  • (2021-06-27) E Y: I love this extension so much, especially considering the fact it has a super useful pomodoro timer. I've tried tons of other pomodoro/time management extensions and this one has surpassed them all by far. I have ADHD and this makes a huge difference in helping me get my work done. Thank you Clockify team!!
  • (2021-05-10) 金カンベク: I love this app. Highly recommend to install iphone app as well.
  • (2021-03-31) J. S. Allen: Doesn't seem to work. Have tried starting/stopping the timer only to notice later that it didn't actually start or stop.
  • (2021-03-08) Gạo Mốc: Very good even just for personal time tracking, I wish Clockify will add a little box below the extension that show how many minutes have passed.
  • (2021-03-04) Bert Loedeman: Great simple time tracking plugin. Together with a very intuitive API I use Clockify for time tracking and automatic invoicing. Thanks!
  • (2021-03-02) Jana Korycka: I am using the app for a couple of days and it has really great user friendly interface. One thing that is not working for me (in free version) is reminders. i have set up them in the Settings option in chrome extention and nothing happens. Can you assist please?
  • (2021-02-19) Егор Акимов: Start break option in notification doesn't working in Pomodoro timer.
