• (2023-05-25) Nibir Chowdhury: It gets the job done but in a frustrating manner. If I click on a playlist, let's say an 80-hour-long playlist, it shows me 30/40 hours or something. I just need to press F5 (to refresh), and then it shows me the correct playlist duration. I don't know why they don't show it correctly in the first place. I hope the developers can fix that.

• (2022-01-31) Ninjam: It seems to be the one of very few browser extensions that actually works to show the playlists length.The criticism that I still have is that for one it's not very visually appealing but that's not all that important imo. The only real problem I have, which I don't know if it can be fixed, is that you always have to refresh the page after clicking on a playlist in order for it to show the length. When I just click a playlist from the side bar on YouTube the length is not displayed, and if I select a different one the length of the old one is still displayed until I refresh the page. The playlist length also doesn't disappear when viewing a video in full screen so you always have to click on the time in order to view a video.

• (2021-11-01) Fox: Seems to only add up the time from a loaded page content, so if your playlist is large enough it will only count a fraction of it. Kinda works, but meh, the only reason I needed it in the first place is to see how long is my abysmally large playlist and it failed at that.

  Can you please finally fix the addition of "&disable_polymer" to the URL? It's not only annoying that it loads the entire page twice, I just don't want the old design. You can't just force me use it. Btw, you actually can't force me, because you did a really poor job of redirecting the page. It just appends "&disable_polymer=true" to the URL, so if I enter "&disable_polymer=false", it still just appends it, which gets ignored. But it still reloads the page. So instead I can add "#" at the end so that it tries to jump to a non-existent jump marker on the page, so just nothing happens. You had it working with the new design before, so why would you destroy that? And why don't you answer anyone pointing this out? You'll get quite a number of 1 star reviews for that, because it simply does not do what it's supposed to do.

  Hello! So, Youtube has the new playlist style and I do see the duration there over on the left under the title. But now it doesn't work for the old style playlist you get to when you click Edit. The "disable_polymer=true" version of the playlist. Any chance you could add that in? Thanks!
