- I’m not very satisfied with this app. It feels like my personal data may have been leaked online, which is really concerning. After I started using the app, I also noticed that my device language began switching to Russian on its own — something that never happened before. Overall, the app itself works fine and I even liked some of its features, but the fact that my data might have been compromised leaves me disappointed and worried. Now I have to look for safer ways to protect my personal information.

- Excellent extension for chromebook, but also for desktop PC. In addition to capturing from the web, the tool allows you to open a file from disk and work with it. Thanks to the developers.

- Not working! Tried "Capture full page" on this very page. The drop-down menu just sat there, looked like it was working but wasn't doing anything. No file saved to Downloads folder (Mac). Chrome version: 96.0.4664.110 (Official Build) (arm64). Maybe an M1 issue ?

- Функциональность - супер! Удобство - тоже неплохо, но не хватает "тонких настроек" - хотелось бы больше возможностей настроить под себя. Но вот стабильность - при активном использовании иногда слетает при попытке сделать скрин, иногда браузер ребутнуть приходится, а сегодня вот пришлось восстанавливать, так слетело. и хз почему - никто его не мучал.. Но в общем и целом - софтина годная, рекомендую! З.Ы.: по поводу гиф - так и не смог оценить - после 3го раза перестал пытаться) терпения не хватает - нервы дороже)

- 1. Серьезная недоработка в записи gif! Потребляется необычайно большое кол-во ресурсов ЦП и ОЗУ!; 2. Снимок видимой части страницы работает плохо, пример на странице ютуб можете провести!; 3. Разберитесь с обратной связью через само приложение, толку от него в этом случае если я с.да должен писать!? Надеюсь что осознаете свои ошибки,исправите и впредь не будете их совершать ибо аналога вашего приложения нет по сути в таком виде!

- Well, I have an issue with the Chrome extension on my Linux (elementary OS). I add my Amazon S3 settings details, I make my first screenshot, upload it to S3 bucket, after which the settings somehow get amended on their own! Not only this, I am unable to upload another screenshot until I re-enter the settings again. Lastly, I am not able to pick the "Signature version" - the system pre-picks it as Version 4 for me and greys out the select field:(

- I love the desktop app but the chrome app doesn't work, cant put my account details, it freezes when going into open preferences and accounts tab. maybe this is a recent bug, waiting for the fix so that i can install and pair it with monosnap desktop.

- OMG! It works on Ubuntu, shooting not only browser, but also desktop, and everything! ...still not sure if it can capture audio; if it can, that would be helpful.

- Great screenshot. I use 3 years. A desktop application is the most common, and also an extension for the browser is not a bad alternative to other OSes such as Linux. The best developers!

- What a coincidence! I searched for monosnap on chrome and this came up! Monosnap is easily the best screenshot tool on mac that i have found, on windows ShareX is still better for me needs. I'm excited to see what monosnap has in store with the new client on OSX and Windows from your latest blogpost! (dev news #8!). FEEDBACK FOR CHROME EXTENSION: Please add support for video recording and other upload providers. FEEDBACK FOR MAIN APPLICATION ON MAC: For main application please add 'freeze frame' like ShareX has and also better recording ability like ShareX has. AND how can i remove the recording button on the mac application?
