Description from store "Notes Station Clipper" is a webpage capture tool included with QNAP Turbo NAS. It can help you to retrieve contents of web pages, backup Gmail messages & attachments, and save those files on your NAS through Notes Station. With a few simple steps you can easily enrich your notes on your private cloud. ※ You need to install Notes Station on your QNAP Turbo NAS before using Notes Station Clipper. Capture tool Use the keyboard arrow keys to select the page range and capture as notes. - Save as Note: Captures a complete web page as a note. - Save as Simple Note: Captures a web page without formatting. - Save Full Page as Image: Scans the full page and saves as an image file. - Save Visible Area as Image: Scans the window area and saves as an image file. - Save Gmail: Saves emails & attachments, and supports preview.

Tried both WAN IP and QNAPCloud but stil "connection failure" QNAP crap.

(2016-10-11) Greg Malone: Was hoping this to be my OneNote alternative. I have a QNAP NAS w/ Notes Station. Here's the problem... It does a terrible job of capturing page content regardless of the capture mode chosen. Most baffling is the "Capture full page as image" choice -- it's horrible, only captures in very low resolution, thus not usable for reading an article. The other modes are weak usually resulting in huge spaces, misplaced images, NO FORMATTING of any kind, so the paragraphs tend to run together. Darn. Bummer, in fact.

(2016-05-13) Mark Howard: Does not work. First time installing. Tried on 7 pc's and could not get it connected. I can go to the web page just fine (internal and remote). May need updating since it's around a year old.
