This extension allows you to download full resolution stills from YouTube, all major streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, Prime, etc.), and videos on most other websites without seeing the player controls or the surrounding webpage.
When a video begins to play, you'll see a camera icon appear alongside the normal player controls. Clicking the camera button (or using a keyboard shortcut) downloads a screenshot of the current frame. The screenshot is then either saved in your downloads folder as a JPG or PNG, or copied to your clipboard.
Premium Subscription
The premium tier includes the option to include subtitles within the screenshot, compatibility with additional websites, and cropping for letterboxed content. Since this extension is reliant on other websites, it needs to be continuously maintained as those websites change.

- I am tired of raising this issue. I am certain that you have blocked my Google account. I provided feedback previously, and although you granted me a free one-year upgrade, I was unable to use the service for that entire year because I could not log in. I had also entered my credit card details, and the subscription fee was automatically charged recently. However, since I cannot log into my Google account, I am unable to remove my payment information. If I can no longer log in, there is no reason for me to maintain a paid account. I would like a refund and for my credit card information to be securely deleted. Please excuse any awkward phrasing in my English. I look forward to your reply.

- The extension no longer captures subtitles on Disney+. It used to work correctly, but now the screenshots only contain the video without subtitles. I have already tried reinstalling the extension, but the issue persists. Please look into this.

- Amazing extension; however, since the June 19 update, it is causing extreme lag for any kind of livestream that could have screenshots taken. Extremely disappointing, as this was the *best* extension. If this can be fixed/remedied, I would love to reinstall.

- It stopped working on most sites after March 8, 2026 update, so sad, was a great tool before that, please, fix it :( i can see cam sign but no action and no screenshot is taken after i press it :(

- Works well: capures' resolution + ratio equal those of the current video stream. Issues: 1) Hiding the button is necessary to avoid UI issues on some sites (e. g. on https://www.ardmediathek.de/ ), but this is not a major one because I use shortcut keys anyway. 2) The video's website's URL should be put into the EXIF data of the resulting image.

- Dear Screenshot Team, Firstly: from the last few days, It does not fetch youtube video title while saving the screenshots, instead it save the SS with random chracters, Secondly: Earlier it was saving the screenshots in the sub folders of download i.e downloads/screenshots but now it saves all the screenshot in the main download folders and ignore subfolders. which make alot of clutters in the main download folders. additionally it does not work on facebook videos. when click the icon on top right corner of the video. facebook video paused. please immidiately fix these issues, I will update this reviews with 5 star once fixed. Thank you

- does what it should but it covers the volume button for instagram, so i cant hear sound while this is installed. instead, it just keeps downloading the image. so, i have to disable it and turn back on, etc. which is a bit annoying
