How does a Vision Board work?
A Vision Board is a visual representation of the things you want to have in your life.
Vision Boards work by programming the part of the brain responsible for attention, the reticular activating system. By focusing your mind to the things you want in your life you are able to see new ways to achieve these things in reality.

- (2016-01-29) Beth Wiggins: I like it so far and it is easy to add pics of what your dreaming about. That being said, other then adding pictures I can't figure out anything else. Can you have more than one board. I would like one for travel, gardening, work etc. Right now they are all grouped together. I also can't figure out how to add text. I tried but I was really big. I wanted to put labels on my pics. There aren't many instructions on how to use. If I figure it out I would change the rating.
