- (2021-10-12) Alex: When I first downloaded this extension it worked like a charm. Currently, only sporadic. Sometimes I can use canned responses, but most of the times it simply doesn't work. I cannot open them, I cannot use the 'insert template' button and they don't show up at all in the text box. Please fix.
