This clever way to integrate the app features in JSM is very welcome and makes the already useful app even more powerful.
The extensions removes the possibility to add restricted comments which is standard jira funcionality.

When I first downloaded this extension it worked like a charm. Currently, only sporadic. Sometimes I can use canned responses, but most of the times it simply doesn't work. I cannot open them, I cannot use the 'insert template' button and they don't show up at all in the text box. Please fix.

Saves some space, but glaring bug.. $cursor$ is still visible in the response, where it was disappearing before installing this extension and setting the input cursor appropriately.
