Description from store Get Things Done! With Kanbanly you can easily prioritize your To-Do list tasks, limit work-in-progress to improve productivity and filter the view based on due dates or custom search strings. Since Kanbanly uses Google Tasks API, you need to login to a Google account in order to manage your tasks. Feature highlights: - Configurable columns and board templates - Multiple color options for Kanban task cards - Drag & drop interface for prioritizing, changing phase, changing list etc. - New tasks can be added directly from Gmail to your Kanban board - Supports multiple lists (projects) for managing tasks - Filter/search that supports regular expressions - Supports Reminders & Due Dates for tasks - Tasks can have tags and you can search by using a tag - Filtering based on task Due Date

My two wishes for new features are: 1. ability to clone tasks, and 2. having multiple date "milestones" (at least a "start date" in addition to "deadline"; having last modification or update noted would be nice; or possibility of adding custom calendar-based mileposts)
(2024-01-06) Lindsey Hudock: If you are confused how to get to the kanban boards, this is what you do. When you are in Gmail, you must be viewing your Gmail account (Inbox, etc.) in order to open this extension. So, when you are in your Inbox (or anywhere else in Gmail - i.e. Sent, Spam, etc.), then you click the Kanbanly extension icon in the extension area of your Chrome browser (it must be pinned to the extensions area of the Chrome browser window so you can click it directly). It will open in a new Chrome extension page in a new tab.

It syncs between computers and on Android (in the Kiwi browser) I put literally every task and idea I can think of into the Backlog and then plan how to implement it. In addition, I can assign a reminder to each task, synchronised with my calendar, and have notifications on all my devices!

(2022-03-23) It's useful but it will be better if we could copy and paste to have like a "templates" of to do list, when our process are similar and we just would need change the deadline times :).

(2021-05-16) Tom Follo: I love this tool. I've tried other extensions for Chrome and other task management tools. This is solid and very easy to get up and use. I recommend building your lists off the Getting Things Done methodology.
