Scroll Anywhere enables you to drag scrollbar with your middle (or right) mouse button without touching a scrollbar.
Just hold the middle button and move mouse up-down or left-right.
You can also change the behavior to simple "grab and drag" style.
Supports also Momentum - ability to throw the page (like on your phone) - including infinite scrolling option.
Now with the option to change the cursor while scrolling!

Known issues:
- does not work on https://chrome.google.com/webstore/ (blocked by Chrome)
- does not work on browser specific pages like "chrome://extensions" (blocked by Chrome)
- does not work on other extensions pages like options page of some addon (blocked by Chrome)
- in Linux right click (context menu) cannot be canceled so only middle button is working correctly

- Love the extension! Fills the void on mac! One question though, is it possible to make it a toggle middle click instead of having to hold the middle button down to scroll? Would be nice to have the option for a toggle instead of hold.

- Better than my previous extension and very responsive; For someone coming from Firefox, this is a necessary extension if you use autoscroll. Why doesn't Chrome have this feature by default is beyond me! Thanks! (here's hoping you're not harvesting my personal data)

- Great addon for vertical monitor use. Sometimes text or pages will be cutoff on horizontally, making you use horizontal scroll. Most browsers use shift + scroll to do this, but it gets annoying constantly having to do that.

- I was hoping this would allow me to scroll by pressing once on the middle mouse button and then moving the mouse, not holding the middle button down the whole time (ie. function on Mac as it does on Windows). Is it possible to add that as an option in the settings?

- It's a splendid extension but is there not a feature to fix the momentum speed on every page regardless of their heaviness? I can't seem to properly use it on heavy pages, it moves so much.
