Caitlin Milam 2025-06-24: Don't bother subscribing. It worked beautifully for a while but at some point last year, I was no longer able to log in and receive my subscription benefits. I reached out a few times, no response. I let it go, but was charged again recently for another year. I had to contest the charge with PayPal, which finally got someone to answer my email, but they didn't attempt to resolve anything. They just asked what email I had previously reached out from and then ghosted again.

Danielle Bishop 2024-12-19: i paid for a subscription. and only for 2 days was i able to get new backgrounds. for the past 5 days, the page just loads and loads but never loads. so im unable to chose a rain background to match the rain i like to listen to .. so paid $ but cant use the product the way im supposed to. i have sent 3 messages. no response.

Very heavy and buggy and often crashes the browser while working or typing.I doubt developers are keeping this project alive.
