It is a shame it ignore spaces. If I try to add " he " it wil be truncated to "he". Therefore,

Nice tool. Works as described. It would be nice to assign different colors to different set of word groups. I was just searching for such a tool with my team mates and surprisingly could not find one. Today Color Text is the best choice. THANKS!
