This extension works on gmail, ebay, amazon, yahoo, outlook and more and allows the user easily create answering templates to different kind of email messages.
Once you loaded all your templates to the extension all you'll need to do is click a button and the stored message will be pasted into the email answering field. Cutting customer support time by 90%.
The idea came to me because I decided to do all the apps customer support myself, and not to hire any VA or customer support person. I decided that by staying close to my users I will learn more about their different needs and will be able to create solutions (apps) which will generate more money.
By doing so - I find myself sending same answers to different people 90% of the time, looking over and over for an email I already sent to a certain user just to copy it's content and paste it to another reply to a different user.
I thought it will be really nice if I could have an app which will give me an easy access to replies I already sent and can use again to help other clients instead of typing same things over and over or looking for an email I already sent and spent time to compose a nice and informative answer.
This is how done4today.com was born.
