Added the missing hotkeys to control Chrome tabs. Now you can use shortcuts to close left/right/other tabs or toggle pinned ones

I've only just installed today but already saving me a lot of time closing down unnecessary tabs either to refresh or reset before closing chrome with restore tabs on startup enabled. One comment: on the Extension Options page, the link to chrome://extensions/shortcuts doesn't actually work and I needed to open a new tab manually and paste the URL to find out what the default command keys had been mapped to on my Win10 installation. Turned out to be SHIFT+ALT+[Key]

• (2017-12-26) Joanne O'Malley: I don't normally write reviews but I saw there were no reviews for this and it works perfectly, far better than the top rated extensions for creating shortcuts and closing tabs ("Shortkeys" wouldn't work at all and "Keyboard Shortcuts to Close Other/Right Tabs" worked but had horribly awkward and unchangeable key combinations.)
