A Chrome Extension that will allow you to implement click to call (also called Click to Dial) with the NetSapiens softswitch.
Version 1.4:
- Works with websites that use frames
- Detects numbers that use "." instead of "-"
Version 1.5:
- If number string starts with "+" and next number is not a "1" then add "011" to the dialstring
Version 1.6
1. Add field to options page with label: International Prefix
2. Change Country Code field to a dropdown list with Countries. Auto-populate country code for the country chosen.
- If number string starts with "+" and next number is not equal to [Country Code] then add [International Prefix] to the dialstring.
- If number string starts with "+" and next number is equal to [Country Code] then just strip the "+"
Example 1:
Country Code is 1 and International Prefix is 011
+6328100976 will become 0116328100976
Example 2:
Country Code is 63 and International Prefix is 00
+6328100976 will become 6328100976
Example 3:
Country Code is 1 and International Prefix is 011
+17477778100 will become 17477778100
Example 4:
Country Code is 63 and International Prefix is 00
+17477778100 will become 0017477778100

I have used this in the past, but the click to call stopped working. I have uninstalled, and reinstalled the extension. I hit details, and enter the extension options. I notice that not every phone number that shows the blue "call/edit" tab lets you make the call. Even when I try editing the phone numbers to make them look like the ones that do work the call wont go through. Hello, I was about to create a video for this feature and found out there are differences between mac and windows chrome. the windows chrome version is asking for "client ID, Client Secret and api domain. the Mac version does not inquire those options. the windows chrome version country code is defaulted to Canada while the mac version is US. I check the page source and found minor differences. I would like to know on how to update this so i can provide an accurate information to share with our clients.
