About
This Chrome extension allows the user to save (push) a webpage and continue browsing, and then go back (pop) to the saved page whenever they want to return to their original place. Inspired by the Linux commands 'pushd' and 'popd'.
Configure Hot-Keys
Settings->Extensions->Keyboard Shortcuts
set 'PushD' to Command+Shift+Comma
set 'PopD' to Command+Shift+Period
How to Use
When you are on the page you want to save, press the hotkey command for 'Pushd'. When you are done searching something and want to go back to your saved place, press the hotkey for 'Popd'. You can save(push) as many pages as you would like, and you can keep using the 'Popd' command until you are back to your first saved place.

- (2015-10-28) l zheung: I tried out this google extension PushD PopD. I found it easy to use and useful. I setup atl-s to save/push and atl-a to retreive/pop because both of these 2 hotkeys are next to each other making them easy to save and retrieve on the fly. So far, I found it useful for saving many different graph equations I setup and then later retrieve them for my work and my math tutoring to teach my students on graphing the polynomial equations to study and find their Domain, Range and Asymptote for Algebra, Pre-calculus and Calculus class. The neat thing about it is that on many of the graphing website when you save/push/atl-s and then later retrieve/push/alt-a them it can remember the set of the equations you entered. The graphing website I use is: http://www.meta-calculator.com. Definitely install this extension on your google chrome and try it out. A+++
