• Izbjegni alate za praćenje mrežnih lokacija prije nego što se učitaju — automatski zaustavi učitavanje većine skrivenih alata za praćenje (skripti trećih strana), što sprečava tvrtke da prikupljaju i koriste (npr. prodaja, oglasi, itd.) bilo kakve podatke iz tih alata za praćenje. • Chromeova nova tehnologija za praćenje — sprječava Google da koristi tvoj preglednik za prikupljanje i prodaju tvojih osobnih podataka s najnovijim oglašivačkim alatima za praćenje i ciljanjem (FLEDGE i teme - Topics).
• Ugrađena zaštita od praćenja sadržaja s društvenih mreža — blokira ugrađeni Facebook sadržaj na webu tako da te ne mogu pratiti putem svojih videozapisa, objava i komentara koji se nalaze na drugim web lokacijama. Ako ih želiš vidjeti, jednostavno ih deblokiraj.
• Google AMP zaštita — prisiljava web lokacije da učitavaju sadržaj izravno od izdavača umjesto da koriste poveznice u vlasništvu Googlea, koje su pune alata za praćenje.

- Causes CloudFlare Turnstile verification fail. I have been this problem for long time and was about to go crazy. I need to redo verification 5-6 times when I encounter with that. I just realized that this extension blocks it somehow and it fails. 🤯 Please fix it.

- On many sites Privacy Badger blocks trackers that this allows, however, there are some trackers this blocks but Privacy Badgers doesn't. It seems as though this Duck Duck extension allows too many Google, AMZN and MSFT trackers that Privacy Badger blocks. It's a mixed bag with this plus it will conflict with other adblockers. I'll stay with UBlock Origin Lite and Privacy Badger, they work well together and don't conflict.

- The people complaining that it makes DuckDuckGo your default search and you are not able to change it, are either just straight up lying or are too incompetent to figure anything out, because it is simply not true. It didn't even change my default search engine after install, and I checked and I still have the ability to change it to whatever I want.

- feature request: direct search for bangs via extension when I query `hi !g`, rather than going to duckduckgo servers then redirecting to google, extension can simply look for bangs(!) and redirect appropriately, this will reduce page loading on client end and reduce unnecessary server usage on duckduckgo end...

- This extension doesn't block anything from Microsoft since it has a deal with them, it also doesn't block anything from Amazon either nor anything by Google. It also lets trackers in that Privacy Badger blocks.

- I'm excited to hopefully get the email protection working. I have read some of the issues that others are having and know this might be an issue for me also. On top of that, what a great concept and to believe that duckduckgo is the only email provider that I know of who is concerned about our privacy and is trying to do something positive about it. Imagine that. many of the other email providers have failed us miserably.

- I do like the fact & idea of using the DuckDuckGo Email Privacy Protection for using & generating Disposable Email Address Domains to protect my real Email Address from Scammers, Spammers & Websites/Companies who I don't particularly trust with my real Email Domain Address being stored in their Servers for my Customer Accounts with them. However, what I have noticed & have been realizing when I send a Website or Company an Email from any of my free generated @duck.com Email Alias Domains that are connected/linked up to my real Email Address Domain, is that they are not properly being delivered/received by any Websites or Companies in their (Inbox) Folder for reading!! Instead, they are all being automatically considered (SPAM) & are being delivered only to Websites & Companies (SPAM) Folder where they are not being seen or read by those Recipients due to fact of that... This is occurring due to the Emails or Reply's from us automatically being considered (SPAM) & then delivered to only to the (SPAM) Email Folders of the Emailed Recipients of Websites/Companies who we send Emails or Reply's to and are therefore, not being delivered correctly or properly to their (Inbox) Folder for reading. Unfortunately, the vast majority of Websites/Companies on the Internet who are checking their Email Accounts for Order related Emails, Customer Questions, Complaints, Inquires, etc. do not usually go through or read Email Messages that are received in their (SPAM) Email Folders for messages that have automatically been considered (SPAM) & placed in their (SPAM) Email Folder by their Email Servers. This is a big issue with the DuckDuckGo Email Privacy Protection Feature as I am finding out & realizing. It's not a good thing & is a big nuisance problem, which is why I am bringing it up here with this long & detailed 1-Star Review to make it clear to everyone who is not aware of this? This clearly has to do with, how the layout of the Duck.com generated Emails are created for us by the DuckDuckGo Servers being, that they all contain at least (2) Minus or Hyphen Symbols in them before the @duck.com instead of just being in a regular random generated @duck.com Email format without any Special Keyboard Characters/Symbols being added or included in their free Private/Disposable Email Address Domains that they generate for us their Customers/Users. This really needs to be more addressed, fixed very soon, & well looked into by the DuckDuckGo Technical Support Team for DuckDuckGo Customers/Users...

- Latest update disables possibility to choose search provider when performing search. Why? I love DuckDuckGo search, but - let's be honest! - Google and Yandex are still better. Rather than make own search better - let's block the user for alternatives. Bad policy!

- It seems to override the search engine settings no matter what I do. Sometimes I want to switch to another default search engine without disabling the extension (because I use the email feature). Otherwise, great.

- After installing chrome extension my custom start up page is replaced with Duck Duck Go search page, even though the start up page in settings is still my custom page. I have my own start up page so this makes using this extension a bit of a hassle.

- I loved the privacy features; in fact, I have Duck Duck Go as an extension for my Bing and Firefox browser. The only thing I didnt like is my Gmail and other Google services shortcut in the upper right corner was gone. I had to type gmail in each time I had to check my email!

- I like the privacy features, but when I enable this extension it prevents 'search with Google Lens' from working in Chrome. And while I don't use search with Google Lens a lot, it's very annoying when I want to and have to go and disable this extension to use it!

- When i visit a site like google, the extension says that NO TRACKING REQUESTS WERE BLOCKED and THIRD PARTY REQUESTS LOADED. I thought that the duckduckgo browser extension was supposed to stop this?!

- the extension is greyed out, opening the popup displays nothing and accessing options menu won't let you change anything. tried with both Edge and Chrome store versions. Clearing data won't do it. Latest Edge beta.

Unfortunately, the "generate a private email address" option is stuck with the same private email address it generated a long time ago and will not generate new ones. It just produces the same one every time. Also, the extension is too "all or nothing." DDG breaks certain sites and doesn't allow content like reviews and discussions on other sites. Take a cue from the uBlock Origin extension and allow an easy to use single-click white list for sites.

- This is a great extension. It prevents most of google's tracking and I think it's great. I don't know why people say it has problems. I think it's that their accounts have problems because I had the same problem on because I was using adblocker plus.

- The fact that it replaces the standard Google / Chromium new tab with it's own that you can't disable without disabling the whole extension stinks. Especially since you can no longer set a list of speed dial options like in the stock Chrome experience, only most visited sites. This makes even less sense given that Duckduckgo also encourages you to wipe your history off with some settings for that. Why is there still no option to have a more traditional speed dial open on the new tab page with this extension where you can select bookmarks, or enter a urls to have has clickable buttons like the most visited sites?

- Hello, I have been using this for years but recently there are issues relating to google gmail. I can't open gmail and I can't login with gmail. I have some other extensions but disabling this one makes gmail works again. Please fix soon.

- Good addon. breaks some websites like Indeed.com however making it somewhat inconvenient So if you need to look for work, you have to disable this extension now for some reason. Only as of recently has this happened (last few days at time of writing)
