They walked me through how to fix them properly. Once I got the tool up and going, I was able to dig into a lot of detail for products on Amazon.. easy to find new products to sell. Will keep on researching.

I purchased the basic plan thinking it included the 'volume search' feature (because it's not clear on their website) and when I contacted their terrible customer service representative Drew, he just said "we don't give money back, you should inform yourself before or contact customer support." Were nowhere in their website does it say that volume search belongs to the research of keywords and not marketing intelligence. Now this company doesn't want to give me my money back, especially when I purchased it less than five minutes before contacting their customer support team. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEIR HORRIBLE REPRESENTAVIES.

• (2019-11-27) Angel Vazquez: I like the Chrome extension. It's easy to use and gives me the information I want. It's like going behind the scenes when I pull up the Amazon page. This tool, tells me how much each seller is selling, profits , sales trends, avg prod cost and a bunch of useful information. It's a great tool to help one understand if this is a good market to invest in.

It has been the culprit for my Amazon Prime Video player having a terrible whiteish haze that has plagued the player the whole time it's been installed. Finally started to delete the different chrome apps and this was the culprit for soo long. Disappointed that it has negative effects on playback.

• (2019-05-14) Kyong Lee: Chrome extension worked for a bit then just disappeared on the side of my screen somewhere and now i cant seem to find it no matter what i try. I tried dragging in every corner of the screen to get it back but no luck, i also tried logging out of viral launch and uninstalling chrome extension and re log and reinstall extension but also no luck. now im very frustrated at this extension just disappears off your screen i mind as well stop my subscription plan if i cant use it anymore XD back to Jungle Scout (atleast that works)
• (2019-05-04) Greg Donahue: Don't buy Viral Launch!!! This is way too over hyped! All they want is your money. I tried getting a refund after a week of using their platform and they denied me!! Unfortunately I bought a years subscription so I am stuck with them. Their chrome extension sucks!!! The data is inaccurate and the extension itself gets stuck halfway up the page, I cannot pull down the extension to access the menus which is very frustrating. Do your self a favor and buy Helium10 or Jungle Scout.

• (2018-07-03) Anon Nymous: I purchased a one year term subscription for $590 and I haven't been using VL and needed the subscription suspended for the time being or cancelled and they were not willing to accommodate. $500 going to waste or forced to use without doing Amazon. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE AN annual subscription with them. If you need to cancel or postpone there is not that option. Be careful! I use both JS app and VL and they both do the same thing. the VL feature that rates a product 5* or better for launching does not mean very much especially if all the top rated are in the GATED categories. I recommend JS over VL because JS has been around longer and data is more reliable. I remember I did the search on VL earlier this year and there were not alot of products compared to JS.
