  • (2019-08-02) Admiral LionHeart: [UPDATE 080219 7:57PM] Well, I thought it was fixed, but this app for some reason is having an issue memorizing the feature of turning off the "Show Home Page Image" in Chrome.

  • (2018-07-23) BA Co: This app triggers google recapcha. there is no reprieve either. no way to get out of the situation. I reboot, restart, retry and recapcha will not allow me to go further. And what really hurts is it happens during the launch of a campaign. Sick to death of google.
  • (2018-06-18) Allie Cruce: I love Bing. I have used Bing for years and have always loved this particular search engine. It happens to be safer to use than Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox etc. I love the various backgrounds that you can download into your own personal library. In addition, you can learn all kinds of various facts in regards to that particular background that they have chosen for the day. Sometimes it's a little history lesson and others it might be a picture of a beautiful destination that you might have not ever heard of before. Also, I love so much are given an incentive of earning point that can be used to redeem multiple various items. It all depends on how patient you are and how well you do your best to become acclimated to using the Bing Search Engine and setting it up properly. Otherwise, yes I can definitely understand how others would think that it is a waste of time and too much trouble. I, however have found that it is quite useful and can be very insightful and fun. I encourage you that are on the fence about this feature to give it some time and play around with it until you truly decide that you just see no use for it in your world or that it has no positive benefit to you and your necessities. There are multiple ways to earn multiple points every single day. The main way is to use the search engine to locate things that are new searches. It has to be something that you haven't ever searched for before in the Bing Search Bar. Easy to do and they have trivia questions you can answer and accumulate more and more points. There are new questions ever single day. Bing is the safest search engine for children and young adults to use, in my opinion though. I highly encourage those with young children to play around with Bing and get familiar with it. If you can do that, you'll be much more inclined to using it well before turning to google Chrome or any other search engine available. But, I rate Bing 5 stars. They have done nothing but to improve the search tool in my opinion as time has progressed forward. Most people do not give it enough of a chance in order to get used to it before they decide they do not like it or that it is trash. I have it set as my main page anytime I open Google Chrome. I have been thrilled to use it and enjoy the multiple things that I have learned. Give it a fair chance.
  • (2018-06-12) JerseyCardArmy1: This sucks now! I can't remove sites I visited, I can't remove the background image, now it says instead of new tab, chrome://newtab. How annoying this is now. I love the old Bing. But of course you make it worse now in Chrome. Well bye Bing, I'll be using Google now.
  • (2018-04-24) Jaiba Mon: It makes the new tab page to load faster, but the bookmark bar disappears. Please fix this.
  • (2018-04-12) Dorene Valerio: I love the different backgrounds it offers
  • (2018-04-04) Cyberdiggs: I like how it makes the most used links look like they do in Edge. No issues at all. Not sure why some users said it took a while to load. Mine was very fast.
  • (2018-03-10) Sarah McConnaughey: How do I uninstall this extension? I tried uninstalling it the usual way but the tab is still there! I don't want to use this tab because it takes too long to load each time I open a new tab.
  • (2018-02-08) Gerald Buckner: Looks very nice and it is easy to work with.
  • (2018-01-19) Jordan Quinley: Just what I was looking for: a clean new tab page with frequently used pages and the preferred search engine instead of Google. Perfect.
  • (2018-01-10) Stewart Davis: It does what it's supposed to, presenting the latest Bing image, a search box and some icons from most visited pages. What I don't see is my login, suggesting that it may not give you the benefits of being logged in. (e.g. credit for searches, customized news feeds at the bottom, etc.) I'd like to know for sure if there's an implicit login (cookie?), or if using this basically throws all those benefits away. I've been using the New Tab Redirect extension for ages to literally have new tabs open up to Bing, which does preserve your login benefits. If this doesn't, I'll be going back.
  • (2018-01-02) Paul Bramstedt: It does exactly what the description says and does it well.
  • (2017-11-15) erik fosterling: doesnt work but whatever
  • (2017-11-08) Donovan Derry: It's a nifty little app until you decide to uninstall it. After I removed it I found it was still managing my new tabs and there does not seem to be a way to completely uninstall it.
  • (2017-10-28) Jesse Johnson: Beautiful, quick and simple. Perfect!
  • (2017-10-13) Shan Huang: great concept and works very well. also saved me a lot of time when searching through the web
  • (2017-09-20) ironside31: I get the tab but bing still wont stop telling me to get it. Usually if i get interrupted with ads i wont get the item. I only got this to shut the ad up. And it didnt do it
