- Klarna used to be awesome and easy to use. Now it is annoying and not very user friendly for customers. Use ZIP , Affirm, Paypal in 4 or any other program. Very disappointed in the way they have changed and I have been a loyal user since 2021

- I have used Klarna for like 7 years. They recently started to charge 1 or 2 dollars extra for each virtual card. They never did this before. To close down a account you have to show them your id which is dumb and a hassle. Disappointing to say the least. Will be using other platforms .

- seems to work on Amazon , when you get to the final stage of check out you active this. ( dont expect a button to appear near anything on page. Instead, open the Chrome extension app button " puzzle piece" and pin it, to see it. Then press it when timely. Ill explain a bit: You should input some card info at their official site before. Or on the extension cant recall. (refuse any offer on their website not needed.. ) Then the extension will ask for the same billing address as you got on Amazon. Total should include the final shipping total. And probably should take their buffer option incase of unexpected fee from the seller on Amazon. Problem is, they DO make a credit check during the Chrome extension process, a Social Security field box will appear asking for that, Moment you press enter, you will be denied if any of the big three scam (private) credit bureaus has said bad things about you to all these companies. ( and good luck trying to get them to remove those things or even be specific to allow you to remedy what you can or dispute what is false ). And its probably best Not to be totally honest with these people about your income. Because they will use it against you. Just say you earn more than you do for the sake of these lines of credit. ( Small ) that you know you can pay off. I was seeking to use Klarma; for a $440 item on Amazon. The payments Klarma was suggesting Easy for me to handle. But they feel the Credit agencies know better than I do, or my current needs for the service... So anyway. Yea. I cant tell how it all would have worked, because, they turned me down before I was given a chance. FU Experian! And F off Klarma for giving them money for useless credit checks which are anti consumer. I dont even have one family member to lend me such a small amount. but thats life.

- Two years ago, I wrote a rave review here about Klarna. But lately, they have been absurd with their DENIALS. I had an impeccable record with them - ALWAYS PAID IN FULL - OFTEN IN ADVANCE, and my credit score is fine - they do not explain - I am fed up - Go with Afterpay - THE BEST and leave KLARNA in the dust!

- Klarna itself is a great app, but the fact it is doing the same thing as Honey (who is being sued now by a class action lawsuit) which is something I cannot stand by. Don't get me wrong, Klarna is something that helped me a lot, but I do not believe it should be injecting itself into my browsers by searching for "coupons" and replacing (or adding) any referral codes with their own to pocket the money that would have otherwise gone to the correct person. So for me, Klarna will be considered malware for the extension as it tampers with the site without your knowledge nor does it explain what it will be doing.

- Useless card and not the first time. Customer service is terrible. I had an account a long way back, and the same things started happening then. I wanted to use it tonight, but it came up with take a picture of your driving license or passport. I have neither, I tried pressing on the camera or scan button, nothing worked. The customer service did not bat an eye lid when I said to close my account down. A very bad company, not as good as Zilch.

- I've made some substantial purchases using this app, I know for a fact if I tried to put the money aside each month to buy the products I've bought on the easy 3 payments with Klarna I would without doubt have dipped into the savings and would end up not getting the product. With this method I know each month I have to put the money aside to pay Klarna and one month I even got the option to extend my payment for a day or so due to my salary not arriving in my bank account until a day or two after the payment was due. The best part of it all is Klarna won't penalise you for being a few days late, once you agree it with them on the app . For anyone on a fixed salary this method of paying is perfect, no big lump of money out of one months pay packet. A great idea and a fantastic service.

- This was a great extension, ideal for making large purchases that you're able to pay back over time to ease your budget for the month if needed. But I don't know what's happened to the extension recently, but it now does not work at all. It either asks you to log in or takes you to the extension information page, completely useless and no longer fit for purpose. The customer service has also taken a complete nosedive recently with both the app and the extension with the same advice being offered on a loop to either AI or customer service advisors who are unwilling to understand that these steps have previously been taken.

- I was having the same problems others were having this morning. Fix: Uninstall and then reinstall the extension and it works as good as new. Hope this helps someone else.

- 1. Gutscheine finden ist super. Aber da gibt es auch andere Apps 2. Die meisten Bewertungen hier, sehen nach Fake aus, denn sie beinhalten irgendwie immer den gleichen Inhalt. Schon sehr suspekt. 3. Ich habe bereits 6,60 Euro als Cashback getrackt aber es wurde noch nie was freigegeben (seit 2021-12-15) auch hier gibt es zuverlässigere Apps, wo dann auch das Geld kommt ;) 4. Klarna als Zahlungsdienstleister ist mega und möchte ich auch nicht mehr missen, diese App hier ist aber recht unnötig

- To Carol Jones, Klarna is an amazing extension to use if you want to split your payments up and not pay in full at one time. They will not debit/take anything from your account until you make your first purchase through them. Then they will only debit the first payment amount. It is great if you are on fixed income. But I do believe they pull every 2 weeks until the full amount has been paid. I hope this helps.

- i wanted to buy a phone from Giffgaff. Klarna set up a payment plan and a direct debit before I even chose the phone. i have tried always to cancel this. I have no idea when or how much they intend to take. i don,t want Klarna at all. but finding it impossible to cancel it. i haven,t ordered the phone according to Giffgaff. so why is the direct debit been set up. absolutely disgraceful to anyone but I am 83yrs old and worried sick.

- Klarna is great but the extension is the sole cause of my browser lagging. Lag goes away when Klarna is disabled.

- This extension uses excessive memory and causes browser slowdown until it's disabled. I have tried this on the Edge browser as well and it causes the same issue.

- I use it all the time , and the one time card feature, I have used it for online purchases on many sites, the one time card works just fine you have to learn how to do it then add the card in as a payment method not hard to do at all.

- Never actually allows you to do the "one-time card" feature, which is the main reason why I got the extension. When you click on it, it just loads forever and doesn't work.

- Either you stop shoving yourself into the website or it will remain uninstalled. No, I don't like the idea of a hovering bubble right on my screen. I have enough with ads to also have you butting in when none ask you. I already had the extension install, why is needed to have that harassing icon on every page that uses your services.

- Why are you asking for my SSN all of a sudden? I've made multiple purchases until now and did NOT have to share my SSN.

- Latest update is a complete nightmare. The extension is very obtrusive and can no longer hidden. It now has an obnoxious Klarna button that hovers over your browser window that you can't get rid of because the feature to "hide Klarna button" is broken. When selecting "hide Klarna button", it shows busy with 3 dots for forever, but the button never goes away. I even disabled all addons, adblockers, security apps and reinstalled the extension, but the Klarna button doesn't go away. Fix this.
