Just from my own purchases my favorite charity, debra.org, received over $260 via Amazon Smile to go toward direct aid for those suffering from epidermolysis bullosa and research for new treatments and an eventual cure for that painful, disfiguring genetic disorder. It's unfortunate Amazon has retired the Smile program. Thanks, Dan and Josh, for making it easier to get more money to many worthy charities!

For example, I cannot manage my Amazon "subscribe & save" subscriptions with this enabled.

Some of the links within Amazon take you to www.amazon even if you were at smile.amazon which has caught me out a number of times. Wanted a way to redirect these sneaky links but this doesn't do the job. Works when linked from outside of the Amazon domain though.

I see there are 2 others, and because of one bug in this one (sent to the developer - clickable links from others not changing) I might consider trying the others. When I go to amazon.com from any link that doesn't already point to a product, it works flawlessly.

When I actually go to buy an item, I often forget to switch over to Amazon Smile and don't realize it until after I've placed the order. This extension has saved me numerous times. Solid 5/5.

  This extension is modifying search behavior in Chrome. When I use Google to perform a search, there are additional ads added to the top of a search. It is definitely because of this extension since when I disable it, those additional ads are not there.

  When clicking on a link someone sends me, it never goes to my smile account. Can that be corrected? I would think that if the URL is parsed, and everything behind the .de/com/etc saved, then smile put on the first, then the rest added back in, it might be easy to fix... This from a web developer, not a web manipulator, which is pretty awesome you can do. Can I help test anything? Thank you!

  When I try to install it Chrome asks if I am ok with the extension being able to "read and change your data on amazon.com". Is it really necessary for it to read all data? Since it filters by URL, that should be enough. How can I make sure it does not actually read all my data?
