Questionable whether the rewards will show up. Cancelled order because the stated cost savings did not show up on order.

- The email-bonus offers that pop up leave customers in LIMBO. Capital One Shopping takes 30 to 90 DAYS TO PROCESS BONUSES and there are a lot of RULES AND RESTRICTIONS so you are likely to be past the merchant's return window by the time you find out IF YOU ARE GOING TO RECEIVE THE BONUS. If you are buying the product now because of the bonus, and/or you have other discount options available, it leaves you in limbo because you are not guaranteed the bonus confirmation until it is too late to return the product. You need to be OK paying full price if that is the final determination, or if you have other discount options available that may be a better option than using C1S due to this limbo they leave you in. Their communication rules also say they will not even respond to inquiries until 30 days after the purchase date, so there's no way to get them to let you know if you met the requirements and are getting the bonus until at least 30 days + response time. It's a loophole they need to fix. You may also get caught in their response that says it isn't processed until the merchant confirms the purchase and merchant's saying they don't confirm the purchase because it is C1S systems that confirm the purchase in the app or extension. So the customer is even stuck in a loophole of not knowing exactly which entity is responsible or actioning the initiation of the bonus. It's a very disappointing experience from C1S and it seems like Capital One has "mailed in" the effort by sub-contracting C1S out to someone else to manage, and do so poorly.

- I installed the Capital One Shopping Extension on my Chrome browser to get a $45 rewards bonus, and I never received the bonus. I tried to contact Capital One about it, but of course, they give you no way to communicate with them via their website.
