- As of now I have received over $12k back from my usual shopping and most was from this year. Unlike Rakuten, I do not have to wait and undetermined amount of time for a "pending" approval to come through as well as wait 3 months to receive the money. This site provides my money back within 30 to 35 days without fail so far! I would like there to be more of my store choices more often though. That would be the only advice I would give (Bloomingdale's, Saks, Neiman Marcus, etc...) Other than this, this site is brilliant!

- Slows down performance on unrelated sites. I isolated a massive slowdown in Gmail to the Capital One Shopping extension. Clicking on any email in Gmail was causing 2-5 seconds of unresponsive UI with the extension enabled. Not sure why it is reading or modifying the behavior on every tab in such a way that it could cause that kind of effect on non-shopping sites.

- Don't install unless you want to be spied on and stressed out when shopping. It knows where you are shopping and what items you are looking for. It then offers you a tempting cash back offer. But if the wind is not blowing just right, you will not get the credit they advertised.

- Can help save some money, however the email offers are vague and misleading. I got an offer for "get $50 when you spend $50+" at crunchyroll. So i did just that, spent $55 which is 50+. I check on the status of my offer and it says ineligible. To find out why i looked into the email more and found exclusions and terms, click exclusions and it states "Only eligible when Shipment is confirmed", check shipment confirmation emails and find out they broke up my order into 2 or more shipments (as items are missing from the ordered list and are waiting to be shipped) seemingly so they don't have to pay out. Be weary of bait and switch emails.
