- They are now asking to link to a personal bank account to get your rewards!! Absolutely not ok to ask for personal banking information all of a sudden. I have had this extension for years without having to do this. I have tried to reach out to support and there isn't any. It used to be easy to redeem for gift cards until now. Before this I would have given 5 stars for the extension and benefits.

- When you get the cash back they offer, it's great. However, a lot of orders will be ineligible and you don't know until after you've received the order. I was supposed to get 8% cash back from Dell as a new customer, and they only gave me 2.5% cash back for existing customers, even though I was a new customer. I tried contacting support but they didn't fix it. Support doesn't respond to your requests and you only get an automated response that basically tells you they won't do anything. I ended up returning that order to Dell because of it. Services like Rakuten don't pay as much but you actually get back what they promise to give you.

- I use this all the time and have earned a ton of cash back over the years. Don't just rely on codes - watch your email for big cash back offers for items it knows you have actively been searching for. You do have to be patient and wait 30 to 60 days or so for your rewards to show up, but once they do I just let them accumulate and then the next time I need some new shoes or a lawn mower, I can cash out the rewards and pay $0 with the applied gift cards.

- This Chrome extension has literally saved me hundreds of dollars. I would suggest this to anyone who shops online (who doesn't these days!). Redeeming the accumulated credits for gift cards has been super easy and it really adds up over time!

- It gives you codes that work, but very rarely have I ever been able to cash out on anything. I have found you usually have to do a promotion, (select websites only) and a spend a lot in order to get those. Otherwise you are making very little in redeemable rewards.

- Don't waste your time. They are monitoring your web traffic and harvesting all of your data, but they rarely give you proper credit for any of your purchases. Any lawyers want a good class action lawsuit? This app and all of its ancillary addons will be your biggest payday, for Capital One is up to some shady shenanigans here. And feel free to rope Google into your lawsuit as they are a party to this idiocy for allowing it onto their platform.
