- Same old story with these promotions. "Claim your $45 bonus. On the house. No really, it's that simple". Have to install a Chrome add-in, then create an account, and then the "$45" is in savings of what you buy. There's no $45 bonus. Shame on me though for trusting any corporate entity to be telling the truth.

- There have been a couple of hiccups using the service, but overall it has saved me a lot of money in a short time. Where I've had to contact customer service, they have credited rewards when it wasn't done automatically. I'm able to get better deals on the things I buy and use the reward dollars to get gift cards and get stuff free. The savings offers are not always instantaneous, so I've learned to search for an item I want and wait a day or two to get an email with a discount and / or cash back offer. It doesn't always work, but often enough that it makes it worthwhile. The other bonus is that you don't have to pay with your Cap One card.

- Failed to give me the promised 40 dollars in savings for a product at checkout. None of the codes worked. Then it tried to redirect me to ebay for "70 dollar" savings but higher prices!

- They are now asking to link to a personal bank account to get your rewards!! Absolutely not ok to ask for personal banking information all of a sudden. I have had this extension for years without having to do this. I have tried to reach out to support and there isn't any. It used to be easy to redeem for gift cards until now. Before this I would have given 5 stars for the extension and benefits.

- When you get the cash back they offer, it's great. However, a lot of orders will be ineligible and you don't know until after you've received the order. I was supposed to get 8% cash back from Dell as a new customer, and they only gave me 2.5% cash back for existing customers, even though I was a new customer. I tried contacting support but they didn't fix it. Support doesn't respond to your requests and you only get an automated response that basically tells you they won't do anything. I ended up returning that order to Dell because of it. Services like Rakuten don't pay as much but you actually get back what they promise to give you.
