- Recently I noticed using google.com, especially the image search, chrome would lag, and i'd eventually get an "Out of Memory" error.. I eventually discovered this didn't happen in incognito, so I knew the issue must be an addon, and sure enough, the culprit is this Capital One Shopping extension. Something is seriously wrong with this extension if it can cause my computer with 32gb of ram and chrome being the only app open with a single tab to cause chrome to run out of memory.

- It's very silly and makes me laugh as I am watching it try codes. It's gets a hit at least 1 out of 10 tries. It does save money over time. Hey at least it gives you a moment to think if you really need the items anyhow.. Capital One if you really want to help us save money then bring the interest rates back under 10% . 20% and up ? Worst than loan sharks.. You should all be in jail for taking advantage of almost everyone.

- Horrible, horrible, horrible. Heaven forbid you need help. There is no one at Capital One to help. They send an email with an address of [email protected]. If you send email to that address, you get a message that the email address is not monitored, and you have to go on their website to create a ticket. What a hassle. I'm missing out on a $45 Lowe's reward card because of them.
