• (2021-04-23) J H: one of the worse tools to use. The auto pasting feature takes 2-3 mintuites sometimes just to paste in 5 lines of info for addresses. And when it is done, pretty much 90% of the time the address is not even correct! I have lost money due to items ending up at wrong addresses because of this tool.

• (2018-01-16) This is the first DS tool I've tried, and it's been really helpful.. Unfortunately I'm having to start looking for a new tool to use, after paying for the basic membership so I could access the 'find Products' tab, only to have it say 'Under Construction for the past 4 months. =/ Also, it doesn't allow variations for an item, which if you have ever sold drop shipped products on eBay, you know is absolutely necessary. What's the point of only being able to list one item, in one size, one color, when there may be 5-6 sizes available in 10+ colors/options. So because it almost seems like the app is abandoned by the developer, or something else is going on. Either way, this app has become stagnant, and stuck in place where it's not even useful to me anymore, and the extension is SO annoying anytime I simply want to look at order details for something I bought I Amazon. It automatically re-directs you to the DSMtool and assumes you need to update the tracking number for the order.If the extension wasn't necessary to automatically pull an Amazon product directly into the listing tool, I would have deleted it along time ago. But I've be paying for a membership month after month, hoping DSMtool will keep its promise of actually having help with product sourcing... but I can't wait any longer. DSMtool was awesome and cutting edge when I started using it, but now it's practically useless with all the new app/tools that have come out that do WAY mat than this one. Sorry DSM, I've waited almost 5 months for you to develop with the times and stay up-to-date with the tools you promised me with my membership, but I'm done throwing money at a dead horse.
