Hover Hound can accomplish this in several ways, while keeping your privacy and browsing experience at the forefront.
*Price comparison: The extension will add an accessible green Hover Hound button to your browser that will allow you to check the same product at Amazon. Clicking on this button will open a new tab to Amazon's product page. You can hover over the green button and Hover Hound will provide real-time prices from Amazon, along with an option to see price history charts for Newegg.
*Sleek price history charts: Zoomable, interactive price history charts allow you to see recent price movement at Newegg™.
*Filter by Prime: For Amazon Prime members, you can filter Hover Hound results to only items at Amazon that have Prime Shipping. This will also apply to Hover Hound Real-Time Price. You may also apply a tax rate to Amazon Prime prices on the options page.
*Convert your whole cart: Add your entire cart to PC Hound (pchound.com) to check compatibility, compare prices, view price history, and much more.

It used to have good history on newegg, now it doesn't really have any price history at all. Until its fixed I will keep this rating.

GREAT Extension, I specifically install Chrome Web Extension for Opera so i can use it in Opera, which has recently replaced Chrome as my browser of choice.

Real time saver. Nice to know the competitions pricing at a glance. Helps with"Iron Egg Guarantee" although I have never been able to get New Egg to honor that. They'll loose your submits for price match. So screen shot them because prices change daily.

Constantly giving me an error of "Hover Hound is currently undergoing maintenance. We'll be back ASAP." This has been for the past month.

I've tested it a few times on video cards and its failed to find the same generation video card on amazon a few times. When I click on Hover Hound when viewing a GTX970 card it takes me to a GTX770 card on amazon as an example. Good idea so I hope that they fix it.

I added HoverHound to try an alternative to using NewEgg's appalling service. It works but 9/10 the Amazon or other site price is higher....... ahhh well

My two biggest shoppings sites cross referenced. I use it nearly every day. I like the price history chart as well. I used to use Ookong add in for that on the Amazon page, but it started not returning anything so I got rid of it. SO it would be really nice if Hover Hound also plugged into Amazon's site.
