I purchased your subscription this morning. I am on the free 7 day trial, however, the extension is not working. When I click on it it says my secret key is required and to copy it from my profile. I copied it and clicked save, and it says "you may now start using your scanalyze extension". Then when I go to Amazon, it is still not working.
