It keeps assigning the French one instead. No good to me as I require the UK server. Just received an email from Tunnello staff as follows Tunnello is ending but... Due to several factors, we decided to close Tunnello VPN at the end of this year. Tunnello was created in 2016 and after 4 years of work, we decided that it was time to close this chapter and move on. So it's with a heavy heart that we are closing Tunnello at the end of the month. We would like to recommend one VPN on the market, which is Proton VPN, we will redirect all our traffic to their website as we think it's the best solution on the market regarding privacy and VPN solution. After installing the extension, here's some horrible annoyances that you have to deal with afterwards: 1) Every extension will get a bad review if I need to create an account. This one wants you to make an account. 2) Not only that, but asks for a payment method. It's not free. Don't let me download an extension if it's not free.

This worked well for the last two years but recently it fails to get access to BBCiPlayer which is one of the two reasons I have it. I wrote to them twice and have been ignored twice while they still send me payment and account information. Not really good enough and there are other options out there. If I don't get a response in the next 7 days I will get rid of it completely as a paying customer should be a priority.

Why is there an fix...If not then i might have to opt out of the Free trail period. Also 1 Euro was charged / blocked on the card probably for the card verification.
