The extension is directly connected to your Android phone, so there’s no need to touch your smartphone when you are in front of your computer.
Stay on top of your messages while working on your computer. Read and reply incoming texts and start new messages in your Chrome browser.
● With mysms it’s fast and easy to send and receive SMS and also MMS on your computer. You can use your full computer keyboard to enter a message, add pictures and files to your message and send it to any of your phone contacts.
● You won’t miss a message when your phone is on silent or in your pocket. mysms notifies you instantly on a new message when an SMS enters your phone. Reply with only one click or delete or mark the message as read via the popup.

But it seems today like they're either diminished by corporate or just plain hacked. I can still use it from my Android, but WHY? I have a messaging app already. Today, mysms REFUSES to see my w8 pc and login or recover my account! I can use everything else, so what's up? Are they bankrupt?

- (2019-06-14) Sabrina: I really like MYSMS, I only wished that it worked consistently. Whenever I text my daughter I get, "Sorry, this service is not available." I paid for premium and I don't grudge the money, but it's crucial that I am able to text my daughter, and since I can't I have to get rid of it. It's a shame but otherwise I think it's great.

Ich habe vor einiger Zeit eine andere Extension zum SMS schreiben und empfangen benutzt, aber diese hier gefällt mir noch deutlich besser :) Ist total einfach zu installieren und macht genau das, was man möchte. Sobald die App + Extension installiert ist, bekommt man bei eingehender SMS bequem ein dezentes Fenster unten rechts im Browser angezeigt und kann sich dann in aller Ruhe anschauen, was da so reinkam. Bei mir gings um eine eingehende TAN fürs Banking. Was ebenfalls super komfortabel ist, ist die Möglichkeit vom Browser aus alle alten SMS vom Gerät zu löschen. Einfach die erste SMS markieren, SHIFT gedrückt halten, die letzte markieren und dann via Rechts-Klick und Kontext-Menü das Löschen triggern. Ein paar Sekunden später sind die Nachrichten dann auch vom Handy verschwunden. Prima! Die Extension erfüllt also absolut ihren Zwecke. Ich finde sie klasse, daher eine eindeutige Empfehlung!
