had an older version that worked great. newer version doesn't work at all. doesn't see my messages so it won't delete them

It analyzes then says there are no mesages to delete. I can clearly see my messages. Such drag.
I downloaded it and refreshed everything multiple times and its still not reading that i have messages? can someone give some advice... i logged in, i restarted the computer and played with the settings for the delete messages and everything i try it just keeps saying no messages to delete and theres a lot
Does not work! Loaded this several times. Keeps telling me "You have no messages to delete", yet i have tons. I scrolled all the way down, still get the same message.
