Easily sync your Shazam tracks with a Spotify playlist, in just a few clicks !
UPDATE: Shazam pushed a new update the 10th December 2014 with support for syncing your tracks to Spotify. You can find more information here : https://support.shazam.com/hc/en-us/articles/202911263-Latest-Update-Information-What-s-new-. If it's available for you, you should use it instead of this extension.
It will only works if you use the Shazam app for iOS or Android AND you have enabled sync in the settings.
If these conditions are met, Shazam will sync your tags with their MyShazam service (www.shazam.com/myshazam).
This extension will then parse the MyShazam website, get your tags, and add them to a new playlist created on your Spotify account.
How it works :
1) Install the extension
2) Click on the new icon appeared on your Chrome toolbar
3) You will be asked to login on MyShazam and Spotify
4) A new playlist ("My Shazam Tags") will be created on your Spotify account
5) Your Shazam tags will be listed and automatically added to this playlist
If a Shazam tag cannot be found on Spotify, you will have the possibility to change the search query for this track.
When you want to update your Spotify playlist with new tags, simply click on the Shazify icon on Chrome toolbar. It will then search for new tags on Shazam and add them to Spotify.

And I was able to log into both my Shazam account and my Spotify account. And I synced them all together and I told it to create a Playlist and I have Yet to see that playlist be created. So I was wanting to ask, is there a certain number of Shazams that you have to do before it creates the list? Or is there a waiting period I must go through before it creates the list? I think this is a really awesome idea and I would love to use it. Thank you In advanced.

First I want to thank you for this very usefull extension ! I got a problem when I refresh my shazam list, shazify found 874 tags whereas my shazam list countain 1093 tags, even after deleted and re installed the extension and re scanned my list. Hi, Shazify doesn't create/update Spotify playlist anymore, it shows updating tags 0/0 (I already cleared all the data, re-installed both Shazam and Shazify) and then shows no tags. Both logins on Shazam and Spotify are green. It worked great 10 days ago. Hi there, Cogratulations on you effort, this extension is VERY useful! However, i tried installing it, and adding/authorizing shazam and spotify, but when it started syncing my tags, it would say 0/0 tags synced, and then change to the settings tab. I tried clearing all data, and then again connecting to both Shazam and Spotify, but again, it didnt work. I fear that the number of Shazam tags is responsible (i have 2310). Hello! I love the idea for this extension. I installed it, synced with both my shazam (logged in through facebook) and spotify accounts, and the app was successfully able to tag about 100 songs for me (I see the green checks). However, when I log into my Spotify app, I do not see the new playlist called "My Shazam Tags." Is there something I am missing? Thank you!
