Great chat extension, the tutorial lags out after some time and you have to reopen it, but otherwise it works and I recommend downloading it :)
how do i transfre my contact from my old google hangout and how do i make sure it is always private?
this app worked for a while but the hangout video call audio stoped working and when the pearson answered the video call it didnt work so to the people incharge of the gmail hangouts video chat need to fix it if u dont u suck
I have only used the extension for a short while, but so far it's WOW. Rarely do I download anything 3rd party developers, but this is has been a pleasant surprise. I hope there's not another "surprise" lying in wait, because I'm likely to pay for the premium service for the multi-account feature.
This is for Classic Hangouts, not for Hangouts Chat or Hangouts Meet.

Everything is amazing but please, improve the notification so that it disappears after you read what you need to read. I still have that blue one after I read and replied to the said message and it's still there after a week
like the app hated the abundance of ads, The ads the overlay on top of my active window was the last straw

Awful replacement, can't remove or mute people from hangouts anymore. So so stupid!!! Stop ruining everything touch, Google, it's infuriating.
This does what I need it to do...I would really like the ability to keep sound notifications ON while push notifications are OFF. I don't need a visual in the corner of my display of every chat I get...especially while presenting. So now I have to keep sounds on my cell so I can hear a chat. The push notifications also don't appear for group messages, so that's annoying.
We have found this Extension to be infected with Malware that was causing web redirects b.xfreeservice.com witch was found to be an affiliate seller to Microsoft redirecting to Microsoft stores. I WOULD ADVISE AGAINST INSTALLING THIS EXTENSION

I guess this is okay as a bundled chrome extension for google HANGOUTS, but when I read "Chat and Meet for Hangouts" I thought it was Google CHAT... u/i, which is very different from google hangouts u/i with very different capabilities. Google has yet to release a Chrome Extension for the new Google CHAT... just a web browser view via chat.google.com.
I like how it adds to Hangouts and i think it looks better and is more organized
