No Restriction from the app's side when compared to free version, Be careful while using it.
Stop and dont use for 24hrs if twitter gives you any warning message on your page regarding this.

I paid and still get the message that I need to pay and support you!
Product works functionally until the free version expires. But when they ask you to purchase the new one, you have to pay per month and uninstall the older version. But when you install the new one, it gives you the same prompt of having to upgrade.
Wonderful extension. Helps twitter growth and perfect app to control and cleanup your account from spam accounts.
