UPDATE: Actually working again xP
Publish and aggregate select reddit activity on your Facebook Timeline via an Open Graph app.
*** PRIVACY ***
There's a strong emphasis on making sure you only publish what you want to publish -- out of the box settings require explicit confirmation each time the extension would publish anything. In other words, no silent publishing by default. Of course, this can be tweaked on a per-subreddit basis in the settings console.
There's also a killswitch in the settings console that will turn off all publishing and the ability to turn of publishing for NSFW posts and their comments. Pro tip: Whenever you upvote anything, you can see it being published or the set of reasons why it /wasn't/ published in the Javascript console.
Make sure to 'Add to timeline' using the facebook nub at the bottom right of the reddit page once the extension is installed in order to start publishing!
Disclaimer: I work for Facebook, but I made this during a hackathon/in my free time because I love reddit. This is not Facebook or reddit endorsed/paid for/managed/etc. Let me know if you have any issues or feedback!

- (2014-01-13) Edvardas Sakas: Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It's a shame, really, because I liked the ability to share my up-votes with friends on Facebook.
- (2012-04-19) John Croucher: Just started using it. So far, I like it. Some things I noticed/would like to see. 1.) The Facebook logo on the bottom right of the screen needs to go. 2.) I upvoted something from /r/technology and the NSFW Reddit Alien appeared as the photo link on Facebook, making it look suspicious. 3.) Can we get an option to prevent anything NSFW from being published on Facebook? 4.) Can we also get an option to only show links being upvoted, but not comments? 5.) Within the Reddit App page on Facebook, it's showing "*name* upvoted x comments," even though it's a mix of posts and comments.
