Quickly build Twitter lists with List Builder. Visible from any timeline view, you can select individual tweets or all on the screen and include the users into one of your lists.
Great for events and conferences where you want to build list of people tweeting a hashtag to follow them after the event.

Very disappointing :/ 2016: Brilliant. I use it every week to save the #hour and it works perfectly but Doh! now I have just realised I can use it to add one profile to a list. No good for adding to multiple lists but that's a minor niggle. I have needed this for a long time.

- (2014-03-13) Brian Schwind: This is a really great idea. However, it blocked my settings menu, so I cannot get to my lists menu to view my lists. You can create them, but you can never view them. If you fix it I will up my rating.
