This extension is used by Numintec's clients who use the InvoxContact contact center platform for managing their incoming and outgoing calls.
It provides quick access to all your past incoming and outgoing calls, calls in queue, as well as your ongoing call. Reschedule calls, set a business outcome for stats purposes and see who of your team mates are online.
You need to have an agent account to access it.
