TheMorning.Run : Garmin Workout Sharing
Description from store

Wishing you and your running buddies didn't have to each make those complicated interval workouts on Garmin? Now you can easily share your Garmin workouts with your friends! Just make sure you and your friends have TheMorning.Run Chrome extension installed, then follow these steps:

How to Copy a Workout:
1. From the workout page, click then new "Share With a Friend" link.
2. Copy the generated link.
3. Send the link to your friends.

How to Save a Workout:
1. Make sure you're logged in to Garmin Connect.
2. Go to the link generated when copying a workout.

That's it! Sharing a workout will copy over all workout steps needed to make sure everyone is on the same page.

Note:
This extension currently does not support sharing of swimming workouts, but that should be on its way soon.

Great extension for people who want to share workouts. Successfully and easily exports/imports all aspects of running workouts including: workout name, repeating steps, target intensities, etc. I tried a different one first but had trouble with the workout names and target intensities. This one seems flawless.
