Having opened in 1996, the course has been developed hugely over the years, and is considered as one of the most challenging rounds amongst Oxford golf courses.
Best described as an inland links-style course, the impressive signature 3rd hole with it's sloping fairway, pond and tricky bunkers, as well as the 18th with it's wonderful views over Oxford are real stand-outs.
The 9 hole Spires course, opened by the late great Sir Bobby Robson, is also available as an alternative to the main Championship course.
Hinksey Heights also has a real community feel about the club, and are a Community Aided Sports Club. Membership and visitor fees are amongst the lowest around, providing great value for money to all.
The club isn't just about golf though. It boasts one of the most popular 18 hole Footgolf courses in the country, and the first 18 hole RugbyGolf course in Europe.
Football Golf in the UK has taken off in recent years, and Hinksey Heights were one of the first clubs to embrace it. The game is easily accessible to young and old and to players of all abilities, making a firm favourite for families, groups of friends or work colleagues.
RugbyGolf is also growing quickly in popularity and for budding Rugby players out there it can really hone in your passing, place-kicking and drop-kicking skills.
