Please note this version needs the G Suite Admin account to work, if you are not a G Suite Admin please check out the other versions of this extension in the 'related' tab. Do not install this extension from the store - 'force install' the extension through the G Suite admin UI.

This Chromebook extension allows you to print directly to a local CUPS print server or IPP+PDF/PWG/Unirast(Airprint)/Postscipt3 compatible printer from Chromebooks.
IPP/CUPS printing does not rely on Google Cloud Print to process your documents.
Your documents are sent directly from the Chrome browser or Chromebook to the printer or CUPS. Please see www.cups.org for more info on CUPS print system.

Good afternoon, I have a HP Chromebook, Model 11-v025wm. I have a Canon PIxma iX6820 printer. I downloaded the extension, added the printer to IPP/CUPS, added the IP address. Ran the test mode and it displays Pass. When I attempt to print a paper it will give the icon for printing but nothing prints out. I am not sure where I might of gone wrong? I was able to print on this printer through my cell phone (Samsung Note 9) with no problems using the "Canon Print injet/Selphy app". Thank you so much for this extension. I use it daily with a Zebra LP2844 and it works like a beast with my chromebook. With Google recently discontinuing their Cloud Print service, I've turned to CUPS to use on my chromebook, as the Samsung M2024 isn't naively supported by my chromebook. I've setup the printer properly with my RPi, doing a successful test print CUPS side. Adding the printer's IP to the extention results in a PASS when tested, however when I attempt to print, I receive this error: Print failed, error: undefined. I can not print in black and white. Even when updating colour options in the printer preferences through my control panel, and choosing "Black and white" in the options right before hitting print. All pages come out in colour.
