Description from store The Problem With too many accounts and log-ins, users mostly tend to choose weak, easy to guess passwords, and rarely change passwords, hence placing themselves at risk from fraud and identity theft. Most consumers may have dozens of password-protected accounts. Users with multiple accounts needing passwords often give up and use the same password, or a derivative of the same password for every account which makes them easy targets for hackers. When consumers are required to follow existing security policies and use various log-ins or passwords, they usually end up writing down their passwords making them easy targets. LogmeOnce Solution LogmeOnce dashboard offers simple user friendly access for each user to their unique web site which entails a list of all of their applications, with security protection behind each Application icon. Simply click the icon of your desired Application, and you are logged in without the need to enter a username and password each time. Your security credentials for each Application are individually secured and encrypted with your unique encryption key, that only you are aware of.

  • (2025-07-15) Simon Rolka: To be fair I've never used another password manager before so my criticisms might not be very applicable but: Interface is clumsy and not very intuitive. My wife and I have separate profiles on a shared family plan. We have given each other all permissions possible but can't give permissions to change passwords or make edits unless logged into that account. I deal with our finances and always have to ask her to log into her retirement or student loan accounts even though she thought she gave me full access. It was tedious to learn Logmeonce did not have this ability. I had to call the helpline to find this out and there was nothing they could do to help. When the chrome plugin is installed it'll create a password and profile as prompted when I make an account on a website, but it'll frequently NOT actually create a profile and remember the password. And in situations where I need to change the password, It'll generate, ask if it should save it, I'll click yes, and It's never changed in the vault. I end up doing a lot of email and two factor resets for websites with this. I tried to export passwords to upload into a new password manager and it wouldn't export profiles and passwords in a usable format. I mean it said it could, but does it actually? Nope. I'm basically just with Logmeonce now since I've learned to work around it's deficiencies. On the plus side the password generator seems to always work and provide the requirements for websites. I feel secure with the passwords and the login attempts are recorded. My gripes are user interface primarily. I just logged in now and it thanked me for a 5 star review. I definitely never did that, but I guess a good reminder to write an honest and disappointed review. And a good reminder to make time to switch to a cheaper password manger that might work better. Maybe the grass is always greener.
  • (2025-07-14) Elias Latour: It's my password manager, and it works very well. That doesn't mean that it always works perfectly. You have to be alert enough to see what's going on. More than once, I've set up an account with a new website only to have the program not remember my password — which it suggested itself. Still, it's not that hard to set up your own random password and just keep it on hand long enough to teach LogMeOnce what it is. It also tends to try to change your password for you when the website asks for confirmation such as "put in the last four digits of your social to verify" and those come out as ****, LogMeOnce asks, "Do you want me to change your password to ****?" NO WAY! A four-digit all-number password? No.

  • (2025-03-30) aaron steeves: I've tried several over the years and I like this one the best - despite the blue nail polish on the spokesmodel. And even that has grown on me. Easy to use and is also great for filling out forms, which I do a lot. It populates most of the fields . I do have a couple of minor glitches lately - like Chrome not recognizing that the extension is installed, and logging in on my computer not automatically logging into my iPhone. But very minor considering how much I have come to rely on it. And history would likely indicate it's me, not them. :)
  • (2025-03-27) Greg Stewart: This is a great app. I use if for both home and work passwords. Also, where you store the password, you can leave some notes under it, which is really handy. Has not only the password side, but you can store credit cards, secure notes and so on. Plus you can purchase some additional features, like dark web monitoring. It has gone up in price a bit during the last year but I still rate it.

  • (2025-03-26) Abhilash Aravindakshan: Great password management app. Never faced any issues. Autofill feature works great on all websites I use.
  • (2025-03-26) Mike Bowling: the password management feature is my go-to as I have 100s of passwords, and I don't have to memorize them. Highly recommended. Only downside is the fee to avoid the numerous advertisements.
  • (2025-03-25) Brian S. McDowell: I really like the service. I have been subscribed for 2-3 years. Easy. Cost effective. I am only using some of the features. I recommend testing it if you are looking for a password manager. I do not see myself changing anytime soon.
