wont work even after downloadingit
Too many updates without notification reducing patient care services. Doesn't allow entry on Chromebooks, sending to a download page to options not supported. As other reviewers, have on several occasions uninstalling and reinstalling the CareCloud Helper with no success, only frustrated patients and providers.
Can't get into carecloud say's I need to download the extension but I all ready have it. So how do we fix this???????

I can not get to the EHR - and I have an emergency This is insane! And damaging to patient care. IT needs to test before universal implementation. I am furious. This is medical malpractice - holding my patient charts hostage. How much ransom do I need to pay?
Wish I could give this 0 stars. I have added the extension and am unable to login and am repeatedly told to add it in. Absolutely terrible.

this upgrade makes not sense.....I cannot sign in and I am using chrome...
Care Cloud is becoming out of touch with its users. Spend more time chasing its complicated upgrades and tool updates and this time have been unable to resolve the game its throwing at me. It may be time to find a product that is more reliable and can write code that meets the needs of the client.
Absolutely terrible... does not work or change how CC operates.
How does a software still require flash in 2019.
I hate this extension bcz i'm having to face issue every time when i start to work on CC please fix this problem when i click 40,50 time then it will work. i hate this i hate this........................................
