This is a Beta version still in testing wait until version 1.5 for download. It is supposed to force users to login into chrome browser for them to use chrome. If your organization uses google apps for work that should help you restrict users from using chrome. This alone won't work you need to chrome for work and use a policy to enforce this app. That way user cannot disable the app. Also you can restrict the user from loggin unless he uses your organization mail.
