- (2018-08-06) Νίκος Λάτσιος: Practical but has some issues. 1st, when you click its icon it should have its own menu with an On/Off switch since some people just don't need it on all the time. 2nd, for some reason it clears all downloads from the downloads page! This should be optional with another On/Off switch. 3rd, I would suggest that it also includes an optional "Download Complete" PopUp at the bottom of the Chrome window.

- (2017-12-29) Carlos Tabachnik Z.: works fine ... It really clears the download list right after completion of the download , and also closes the download bar right away ... The only bad think is that sometimes the extension gets corrupted for no reason and stops working...Then a repair was required.

- (2017-09-18) Yin Cognyto: Simple and effective - highly recommended. Suggestion: could use an Options page to be able to select which of the 2 functions to perform (e.g. one might like to hide the download bar after completing the downloads but without clearing them, or viceversa). EDIT: This extension might conflict other extensions that need to process the download history before it's erased. The developer should consider changing the extension's conditional from 'if ( e.state )' to 'if (( e.state ) || (e.state.current ==== "complete"))' or add a setTimeout() somewhere, to delay a little bit erasing the download history, at least till other extensions that need info from there can get the data they need...

No es nada malo, su función la hace a la perfección, pero esto que comento lo considero un fallo de programación a tener en cuenta y corregir ;-) ------------------------------------- [P.S.-> Sorry for the English traduction, but It's done automatic by Google Translator cause I don't have much time to do it by my self now :(] It is very well fulfilled its main task and which installed this extension for years and I've continued to use until today ... (and is that upon termination / n / s download / s Enable / s, disappears blissful Inferior automatically Google Chrome bar where they stay there, parsimonious completed downloads ...). But today I gave tale it was his fault that when I download multiple files into a single folder (eg pdfs of a subject in the corresponding directory on my computer), this extension is responsible for that ALWAYS BEGINS (if Automatic) or to ask where to save will default to the Downloads folder, instead continue in the last selected (which is more comfortable when you descargáis many documents of the same type, not having to walk browsing the browser each to reach its destination). To me at least I do. It was clear it, and the next download, continuarme downloads in the last selected directory. To unlock it, and leave the default downloads directory .... It's nothing bad, its function makes perfect, but this I mention I consider it a programming bug to consider and correct it ;-)
- (2015-09-08) Dusty Turner: I really liked it, and it did exactly what it says on the tin, but Avast warned me that it had low security rating and that I should remove it. Sorry, I worry more about my online security than having the downloads bar disappear quickly.
- (2015-07-22) Matt Rittman: Why is this not a default setting in Chrome?!
