Amazon Merch Tools - Merch Batch Uploader
***** 7 DAY FREE TRIAL *****
Merch Batch Uploader streamlines your listing process on Merch by Amazon. Based around listing in batches and utilizing the power of excel/CSV files you can create 100s of listings in excel in seconds. You can then navigate through the upload data and it will auto-populate the relevant fields during the listing process.
You don’t need to copy and paste into individual fields any longer! Merch Batch Uploader has the following features:
- Display the design you’re uploading and record X of Y in the upload batch.
- Auto select the colours.
- Auto populate the price.
- Auto populate the brand, title, bullets and description text boxes.
- 100% written and maintained by the author - Rick Blyth of Amazon Merch Tools.
- 100% client side chrome extension.
- No transmission of ANY listing data or design details to any 3rd party servers.
This extension will save you or your Virtual Assistant (VA) hours of listing time. It is possible to list shirts in under 20 seconds using this extension.
This extension is ideal for designs that are based around variants or scaled/boilerplate designs.
Fill all your slots each day using this tool. Even if you’re at a lower tier you can batch the uploads together and save them as draft. Then on those busy days when you don’t have much time for Merch you can just spend a few minutes switching the drafts into full listings.
Going forward, this extension will be updated as the Amazon listing screens change and different product types become available. It already supports long sleeve shirts and will be updated when hoodies are available.

- (2018-02-11) April Sunshine: Uploading shirts is my least favorite part of Merch by Amazon. I dread it. So I was thrilled when I stumbled across this extension. It works well. Some basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the concatenate formula are required, but it was very much worth the effort. After I wrote my template title and descriptions in Excel, I was able to use the template with the formulas inside it to create the text for my other shirts in a few seconds total. I was then able to upload my first batch of 10 shirts in less than 10 minutes. When I had a question, the author of the extension gave me excellent support with a quick turnaround time of a few hours. I haven't tried anything like this before because I was worried that Amazon might not like it because of their rules about scripts. But this doesn't interact with Amazon's servers - it fills in the required information just as if I did it myself. I am pleased with this extension and will be subscribing as soon as my free trial runs out.
- (2018-01-17) MegaJodog: There has to be a better way then adding the csv file.
- (2018-01-10) Marily Smith: This is going to save me so much time! I have uploaded my first batch of designs using Merch Batch Uploader and it is working great. Keep in mind, if you don't know anything about csv files you will need to learn a little, but not too much. Also, I am learning more about working with text in Excel (some of which is shown in the video here) that will save me hours of tedious, boring work. This tool is also a GREAT way to have a VA help with your uploads without giving him or her access to your Merch account. Just have the VA fill in the listings on the csv file and you can upload it yourself in about a minute per design.
