This extension can be added to Chromium-based web browsers like Chrome, Edge and Opera. It enables you to run asset and user actions in the Lansweeper web console.

Keep in mind that this extension will not work without the extension components, which must be installed separately. Kendal Lewis 2020-07-23: Works as of 7/23/20 Took a while to get up and running, but after reboot of my machine it works fine. I assume this is due to Chrome keeping a background task running somewhere as both the installer and the directions state chrome must be restarted for it to work. Fallow the directions and it should be just fine.

Dan Algarin 2020-01-23: It's easy to click through initial prompt that indicates an extension is required without noticing that it ALSO requires that a LanSweeper installation package be installed. This is documented fully here: https://www.lansweeper.com/knowledgebase/custom-actions-in-chrome/ As others I was annoyed that nothing was happening after I installed the extension, but that was my fault for not reading the initial prompts carefully enough. Everything worked as expected once the additional package from LanSweeper was installed. Feature suggestion: Include everything in the extension, or at a minimum have the extension detect whether the additional package is installed and throw an error. Took a star for it not "just working", then gave it back because of RTFM.

Lonnie McNerney 2018-10-03: This made no difference, I still cannot execute anything in Lansweeper that I couldn't already do without it. It is an extension that serves no purpose. And for those who want to say this is version mismatches and such: Up to date chrome, up to date lansweeper, up to date extension. It just plain does not work.
