SCAM - IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL - ONLY OPTION IS TO WRITE TO FOUNDER, NO ANSWER AFTER 3 ATTEMPTS
We are trying to reach harry for a week now and there is no response. Once it crosses certain contacts, it does not function well and we want to sort that out with them. Any recommendation on alternatives?
Clever service, but TERRIBLE customer service. They don't respond to emails and you are unable to cancel without emailing..... but they don't respond to emails.
It is an excellent extension. But no cancellation option for their paid plans. I emailed them 3-4 times and also tried contacting them on LinkedIn but nothing.
Never deal with this company, They don't have a subscription cancelation option, i sent them an email asking them to cancel the subscription but they never replied and again the charged me

Not able to cancel your plan directly from the app. Forces users to send email to cancel - my cancelation still hasn't been confirmed.
In this ADHD world and so many things to do on your list as much as you wanna follow up as a small business, somethings do slip through the cracks. Follow-Ups unfortunaley is one of mine that slip through but with "If No Reply" it has all been taken care of. I set my clients, load the sequence and watch it do it's thing! It is a new extension so there will be bugs but that's expected. I will use this extension FOREVER!!!! Thank you ifnoreply team!!!!
