Without Notify-Me, they’d have to manually bring up their Zendesk window every few minutes to check if a new ticket had come in. Now they can just listen for the alert and carry on with their other side tasks more productively.

Its zendesk, I have to refresh often to see the new tickets that you are supposed to be alerting me about. Now how can you alert me if I don't refresh and if I refresh you won't alert me....

  • (2020-11-13) Matt Walley: Is this still supported? For my Zendesk instance it shows my available views to switch to and when I click on them to switch, it loads and goes back to my default view queue.
  • (2020-11-02) Cristian Vlase: It's a bit buggy. Sometimes it doesn't connect or if it stays connected it doesn't always show me the tickets when clicking on the extension.

  • (2020-04-14) Kevin Reid: Albeit simple, it's still a great tool when it works. It's insane that Zendesk hasn't developed something similar. It's been 2.5 years since it's last update. I know it's a free extension and we shouldn't expect much, but it's become buggy over the last year and it would be great to have an update. I'd be happy to pay a one-time fee for this extension if it would get consistent updates.

  • (2019-04-15) World MNG: The extensión only works with the 1st View that you have on Zendesk, the hability to select a different View stopped working a few months ago and there's no update yet! It would be awesome to have it working again as it really helps to choose what View you want to monitor. Thank you!! PS: It goes to 3 stars since It's not usefull to me anymore :(

    Hello, I really like this product. It would make it great for me if you could help with the items below. 1. The sound is a single chirp that last about one second. Can you make the sound continue longer for about 3-5 seconds or multiple chirps to make it more noticeable? 2. Is there any way to change the sound type. I want something more obnoxious to make sure we don't miss the notification. 3. Is there a way to increase the sound volume? (I have the sound volume on High and my speakers on max. The audible alert volume is still too low and easy to miss.)
