Description from store Manage your Zendesk Support Team with a single click! • Support Assistant, is a chrome extension developed with an intent to help support community, using Zendesk to manage, utilize their support teams effectively. • Extension will assist the user to effectively assign the customer tickets to a support team member. • Extension will let the user create their team by adding the team members with their Zendesk associated email id. • Once the team is created, then the user will be able to check the number of open tickets, number of tickets assigned to the respective team member of that day. • The support members of the team will be shown in ascending order based on their work load, so people of the top of the stack ideally should be the ones who will get the new tickets and in the last who are pretty overloaded. • This extension does not possess any information about the AppDynamics / Cisco organization or its subsidiaries or its customers. • Extension is purely client-side application on the chrome browser and stores the user’s data on the browser storage, so no overhead on AppDynamics / Cisco hardware or software. ____ By using this add-on, you agree to the following: This Tool and Utility Agreement (“Agreement”) contains the exclusive terms and conditions between AppDynamics LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, (“AppDynamics”) and you (and the organization you represent) (“You”) with respect to, and it governs your use of the tool(s) and/or utility software provided by AppDynamics under this Agreement (“Software”). For clarity, the Software does not include the software known as AppDynamics, which is governed by a separate agreement between You and AppDynamics. By accessing the Software described herein, you are consenting to be bound by and are becoming a party to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS THE SOFTWARE. 1. Software access and use. You may download and/or access the Software for use for your use or internally within your organization. You will not rent, sell, lease or otherwise transfer or allow access to the Software or any part thereof or use it for the benefit of a third party. AppDynamics reserves the right to change the Software at any time, for any reason and without notice or compensation to you. AppDynamics does not commit to provide any support or maintenance for the Software. You will not reverse assemble, reverse compile or reverse engineer the Software, or otherwise attempt to discover any such Software source code. 2. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER. The parties acknowledge that the Software is experimental in nature and provided “AS IS.” APPDYNAMICS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE SOFTWARE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTIES MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 3. Limitation of Remedies and Damages. APPDYNAMICS NOT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE WITH RESPECT TO ANY SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT OR TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATED THERETO UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY (A) FOR LOSS OR INACCURACY OF DATA OR, COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS, SOFTWARE OR TECHNOLOGY, OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUES AND LOSS OF PROFITS, OR (B) ANY OTHER AMOUNTS THAT EXCEED $100. 4. Miscellaneous. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement pertaining to the Software. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions therein.
