- (2018-08-11) Frank Ho: contest features were extremely confusing, being a first time contest holder, i accidentally clicked an additional feature which I did not need. Spoken to service support staff, she just gave template answer and said they trust users not to buy features that they don't need it but hey, first time users & there were so many features. Concierge contest holder, basically the helpline you should reach out to introduced himself and when I asked how to get more contestants to participate, just left me hanging, no replies thereafter, very helpful indeed.
